My Liberty Toyota reviewIt’s a car dealership, so of course there’s going to be some sort of pressing from salesmen and/or a manager to buy. Buying a car isn’t like a leisurely stroll through the park; it’s a business transaction.
Of course I was asked what it would take for me to buy the car today (standard question) so I gave them a ridiculously low price. I walked away for my personal “cooling period” and came back the next day. It was a used car and they’re certainly willing to negotiate. Do your homework, know car values and be strong. At the end of the day, their team respects a knowledgeable buyer who isn’t afraid to walk away from a reasonably made offer.
On the whole, Paul the salesman and the management team were fair. You have to remember it’s not a charity, they’re in business for a profit. Buying a car isn’t the most fun thing for most people, but Liberty Toyota is more than fair if you stick to your guns.

My Liberty Toyota reviewToo bad I can’t give them a Zero. Stay away from this guy and this place. I am glad I listened to my husband and went else where. I found out later after talking to a friend of mine that they are liars and will make any promise to get you to sign knowing that they are telling you lies.

My Liberty Toyota reviewWe finally left at almost mid night and I am glad I litened to my gut feeling. Something seemed too good to be true. Mr. Shawn Moshrefi even though very nice seemed too eager to sell us a car. I left and did my homework and found out not only about his habit to lie and make promises that are not at all true but also about his criminal back ground. In my opinion if a car dealership is willing to hire a wife beater (check his real name shahrokh moshrefi at citrus court, california) who was fired from his last job at Phillong Ford for fraud, that speaks loudly about the integrity of that dealership. I have been getting calls from him as well as his boss Steve Lasky and I have just opted to ignore them. BUYER BE AWARE

My Liberty Toyota reviewNot only was my vehicle not done when I asked, no one would pick up the call when I called to inquire so I just showed up to pick up my vehicle being told that it would only be another 20 minutes that turned into 40 minutes. I went straight home only to discover the next day that I had no radio antenna after their new car wash. I called twice to see if they found my antenna in the car wash and no one ever called me back.:mad:

My Liberty Toyota reviewIt is always funny how when you are looking to buy something these sales teams are just so wonderful and eager to get your buisness. However, in the case of Liberty Toyota, the sales person lied about the towing capabilites of a Rav4 just to get the deal. We put down a large deposit and found out the next day after looking at the spec of the SUV it can’t tow the smallest of campers despite the sales guys saying it will tow just about any camper.
We canceled the very next day and now they are refusing to return the deposit (multiple thousands) and went from kind and freindly to stiff and apathetic- especially the General Manager Todd Kleinman. It really is a horrible situation and one that we cannot beleive we are in. Personally I can understand maybe a couple hundred dollars of wasted administrative, but they are keeping the several thousand dollar deposit which is in my mind close to theft as one can get. They just don’t care and cannot justify why they are keeping the deposit.
I WOULD NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS AGAIN, WILL NEVER BUY A TOYOTA and WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. At 40+ years old this is one of the worst buisness engagements I have ever witnessed in my life- they are just plain, lying aggressive sales people. If you want a Toyota I would encourage your to purchase elsewhere
Dear amcintyre;
I can not agree with you more. I traded one car and purchased another. After the purchase was complete they tried to tell me that my trade in was not as they thought and that I have to give them more money. Mean while they refuse to cancel the whole deal or let me take mt trade in to an independent mechanic for appraisal. We went to court and the judge laughed at Steve Luskey who by the way I think is the scam of the earth, and they lost. Check out your legal options and don’t let these scam bags take advantage of you.

My Liberty Toyota reviewTHIS DEALERSHIP IS A BUNCH OF CRIMINALS!!! THEY TRIED TO FORCE ME INTO SIGNING A CONTRACT BY THREATENING ME AND MY MOTHER. BE AWARE OF THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES; MOST OF THEIR SALES TACTICS ARE UNETHICAL AND ILLEGAL. IF YOU REALLY WANT TO BUY A CAR THERE, TAKE A LAWYER WITH YOU, OR SOMEONE FAMILIAR WITH AUTO FRAUD LAW BEFORE SIGNING ANY CONTRACTS. THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO SELL A CAR!!!!
Stay away from Shawn Moshrefi at all cost. He was the one who made my deal that I mentioned above. He seems very nice on the surface but this is one of those situations that looks are deceiving.
