Over the past few months my husband and I researched and compared vehicles to find exactly what we wanted. However, I decided to delay making a purchase for now at least. We test drove a few different makes. I had decided on the Lexus Hybrid RX 450. My current vehicle is in excellent mechanical condition so no dire need to purchase a vehicle right away. I knew the options and had narrowed down the color choices. However, when we were trying to inquire and possibly order my new vehicle we came upon a situation of not only being rushed and lied to but just plain disgusted. I am young (31) and my husband is Korean so maybe some get the impression they can take advantage of us. You got some commission when my husband bought his new vehicle today, but you do not have our trust and respect. Yes, the two Lexus dealerships in Jacksonville are both owned by Brumos, there is no way getting around that one, but I will not sit in a certain salesman's office once more . My husband purchased his new Lexus today from this man and that was with my blessing . Rest assured I had previously contacted his superior about his conduct, so I was confident that my husband would be treated wonderfully. After his many apologies he still will not get my business when I purchase my 2011 RX 450.
