The other places we looked at were so high pressure, pressuring to sell something as soon as we got to their dealership. The people we met at Lexus of Greenwich were friendly and courteous. I received help from more than one employee and I even got a follow up via e-mail. I even get reminders for oil changes. It’s like they’re an addition to the family. My Lexus of Greenwich reviewI have not bought yet, but believe I will. I can only comment on how I was treated while I looked. I too was directed to the used lot (like another review I saw), but I asked specifically to look at used cars…she was friendly about it and gave me easy directions to go 3 blocks down to the used lot. However, on the way you pass the service area with several cars for sale out front…which was a bit confusing. Once I got there Dave came right outside and greeted me…he was very poloite and friendly. He expediciously showed me a few options and allowed me to test drive the vehicle. H eseemed concerned about getting me the best car for my needs. He gaciously took me on a quick tour of all the features before we left. After the drive he went over a few options with me (no pressure at all). He was very knowledgeable about the car, the financing options, warranty, etc. The used car building was very outdated inside, and the other two employees in there didn’t even look at me or say hello….which was a bit odd. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

He is very honest and accommodating and on both occasions I have brought my Lexus in for servicing.
