wouldn't advise my enemy to go there for any business with these guys. I was looking for a used car that was first advertised for $19,900 a non-Lexus used car INFINITI. I went there to check this car out and an "Asian salesman named Paul" happened to be the one that approached me. I offered $20K OTD for this car, he advised me to come back with the person of credit whom name will be used and he can work with me. The next day when we went there, surprisingly the car was priced at $20,900.. When asked him, he denied it. I stuck to my original offer of $20K OTD as he had promised to make happen. After his little salesman game tactics of going back and forth 5 times to get the 20K OTD price approved by his manager, while we've been there for 4 hours, then he comes back and shakes hands saying "THE DEAL WENT THROUGH".. Finally he took us to his managers booth to sign rest of the papers and title, and only then I found out by asking the manger "Jim, another Asian guy" to confirm the price, and to my surprise, the sneaky money hungry salesman was trying to burn me. He did the papers with $21.5K OTD, mind you he shook our hands for 20K OTD price. When we confronted the manager, he called in Paul, and he started denying the past 5hours and saying that deal was never ok at 20K. Long story short, even the manger witnessing all of this and knowing what exactly his sales guy had pulled, still didn't want to let that car go for the price we've been negotiating for so many hours, and was quick to shred papers of credit/loan approval when we replied no we don't want the car at $21.5K. Horrible experience. WORST CUSOMTER SERVICE! WORST DEALER IVE EVER DEALT WITH! F - -
