service department never came to phone, general receptionist made the appointment. when i showed up, four employees ignored me. two men stared at their computers, two women kept their heads buried at their desks.

it took about ten to 20 minutes before a computer guy looked up and mumbled - someone will be with you.

no one helped me. i walked out.
