Took 4 times to fix problem with broken fuel gauge. Not cinsiderate at all about my time. Didn't even call when vehicel was done.

Had a squeeking noise coming from the suspension. (This happened right after the fuel gauge so they were already tired of seeing me). They looked at it and said it was coming from the spare tire being loose so they tightened the tire and told me it was fixed. On way home the squeeking was stil there. Brought it back the same day and they said to bring it in tomorrow because it could take all day to figure it out. It took all day (no call when ready). I went to pick it up and was rudely greeted by everyone. Said it was because the horn was loose so they tightened that. Swore it was fixed. Drove off the lot and heard the squeeking again. They must be deaf at Larry Rich. No apology for my time either. Terrible terrible experience. Should have expected this since my car buying experience from there was just as bad, but that is another story for another day.

I have been looking for a vehicle for some time. I found what I wanted at Larry Rich Nissan using the internet. It was a low mileage 2006 Ford F-150, in excellent condition, at a fair price. I found the truck, the Dealership, and completed the deal, all in the same afternoon.

At 58 years of age, I have purchased more than my share of vehicles. This was absolutely the VERY BEST vehicle buying experience I have EVERY had.
