    My Larry H Miller Lexus review

    I don’t really want to take the time to detail out my experiences with LHM Lexus in Murry. It feels a little like throwing good time after bad. Let me summarize by saying that they had my vehicle for 4 months and still didn’t do everything I asked. It was, by far, the worst maintenance experience of my life. I moved here from California 2 years ago and am use to recieving top flight service at the Lexus dealership in Sacramento. They do not live up the the Lexus reputation. I even had a face to face meeting with the manager of the dealership to tell him the unbelievable experiences I was having. He was shocked. After that everyone was eager to serve. So I brought my other Lexus in to have it serviced. I couldn’t believe it….the same poor service and mistakes as before. Their body shop also did a crummy job on a repair. They have some serious problems from top to bottom at this dealership. Its a shame because I want to buy a new Lexus; however, with the service they deliver (actually don’t deliver) I wont do it because I don’t want to deal with their incompetencies and am so mad about the hassles I have dealt with. I have been, for the first time in 15 years, looking at other brands including BMW, Audi, and Infiniti. Whatever you do….don’t go here. I even bought a used Toyota Tacoma from them for my daughter. I was promised a second key and FOB. I had to wait months to get this done. UGGG. Just writing this gets my blood boiling all over again. I haven’t been back to them in 1-1/2 years and and still get angry and frustrated everytime I think of my experiences with them. STAY AWAY.

    My Larry H Miller Lexus review

    the worst!!! It would be worth your time to go to Las Vegas or Boise Idaho dealer!!
    They promise things that they don’t fulfill.:mad:
    They want to charge you for things they told you would be there for you. Missing on the car at time of purchase.
    Don’t return phone calls when they know they have ripped you off…
