My husband, George, and I were driving home to California after dropping our daughter off to college in Colorado. We got a blow out in the middle of Wyoming and found out from the 800 number of Land Rover that we had 2 choices of finding a dealer near us. Either go back to Colorado which was 2 hours away or go to Utah which was also 2 hours away. We chose to go to the Land Rover dealer in Centerville, UT. AAA changed our tire in the meantime.
I spoke with Brian Murdock (who I found out later was not only the Parts guy but also the General Manager). He kept in contact with us via our cellphone reassuring us all the time that he would help us in any way he can. He called tire dealers to find our tire and when that proved to be fruitless (it was late afternoon on a Friday), gave us a solution which was to replace the tire with one similar to it. He found a technician, Allen, who was willing to stay late to replace our tire.
The guys in this dealer went far and beyond what customer service is. They treated us so well that we now expect other dealers to treat us like that. My rating for them would be super outstanding.
