Had to cancel a deal to buy a used Toyota from Balise because after numerous phone calls from us they told us that they did not have the title to the car they sold us. Disreputable and dishonest practices. We are still waiting for them to refund our deposit. Tossed from manager to manager, none of whom seem to know what is going on in their own dealership. There are plenty of Toyota dealerships in New England to choose from. Do you research and pick an honest and reputable dealer, not Balise!
We had the most horrible experience at Balise Toyota in W Springfield. Unless you plan on being there for countless hours, being quoted different prices from the sales person to Josh, the finical manager, this place really is (as several people have already said in their reviews) a three ring circus. No one knows what they are doing. You really won't do better at BaliseToyota.
