When Patricia purchased her car, I co-signed for her.We found later that Kitahara had written the contract in my name, not hers. A correction to this was never made. The extended service agreement was not in her name either. When her manufacturers warr. expired in 10/06, her vehicle required repairs. The company holding the ext. warranty (Western Gen. Corp, or Heritage)advised they were not going to pay for repairs because of the difference in names on the contract, on the authorization for repair. All attempts to clear this up were met with resistance from Kitahara as well as W.G.C. A request for refund of the purchase price for the warranty was met with delays in processing, and out of $1899.00 total paid for contract, Patricia was reimbursed $354.00. Repairs on the vehicle at the time of orig. incident were under the manuf. warr. Second repairs should have also been covered. Since her extended warr. was not actually in effect, she should have been reimbursed the whole amount. Kitahara has never been truthful in any of the dealings she and I have had with them and I will never recommend this company to anyone, nor will I ever purchase a vehicle from them. It has been a constant hassle to deal with these people. :x :x :x

<b>I think others should know that extended warranties are a crock, THEY SHOULD NEVER BE PURCHASED AT THE TIME OF THE SALE. And never from WESTERN/Heritage. :x
