    My Kia of Brooklyn Park review

    During my last service visit on my Kia Sorento, they did not replace the oil filter during the oil change. I know this to be fact because I was under the car before and after. The original oil filter was leaking slightly before the visit so I was under the vehicle checking it out. I was looking forward to the oil change so the leaky filter would be replaced. Once the oil change was over, brought the car home and put it up on ramps to make sure filter was not leaking anymore. To my shock, it was still leaking and I could tell it was the same filter by several identifying marks that were on it that I took note of before the visit. I will never return to this dealer again and will share this experience with everyone I know. This is fact and I hope they do not do this on regular bases with all customers. If so they are ripping us all off and not doing our vehicles just maintenance.

    My Kia of Brooklyn Park review

    This is a great dealership, I think its the best Kia dealer in the twin city. I upgraded my 2008 kia sportage to a 2012 sportage and I had nothing but a great time working out a deal. The guys even got me a better rate then what I was pre approved for. I knew what I wanted and had my price before I went in. I worked with Jeff N and the others from the internet team. It was the best experience I ever had buying a new car. I had such a great experience I had to share it.
