    My Karl Malone Toyota review

    I found them very dishonest. They quoted a lower price on the road. Before we signed the contract, they suddenly no longer offered it on the road, and said it was a misunderstanding. They then informed us that we had bargained for a higher price than we initially started with. The sales person was extremely rude, as was the manager. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership! I will never return, and I have made sure to tell all my family and friends to never return! Needless to say, I walked out letting them know I would make certain to give them a poor review. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB!

    My Karl Malone Toyota review

    Karl Malone Toyota is very bad on sales service. I have gone in person and talked to several sales in person including a manager on a few vehicles I was interested in and none returned my calls. Some service. They were not even busy as I had a friend call. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Arrogant sales folks at Karl Malone Toyota Albuquerque is only making me considering getting an American vehicle were the sales experience was absolutely great. Keep doing what your doing Toyota and its only a matter of time you will end up like the Arrogant people from GM.
