    My John Jones Chevrolet Pontiac Buick review

    I saw a vehicle online I was interested in and called the number on the website. I spoke with a very nice rep in the internet department who made me an appointment to see the vehicle. The salesman we spoke with was very friendly and we test drove the vehicle. It was a nice truck we were looking at, but my husband wanted to keep looking at other vehicles. We decided not to buy a vehicle, but if we’re ever looking to buy one, we’ll start there first.

    The service technician had no respect for a persons time, honesty, or any sense of customer service. She had a terrible attitude. I asked to see a manager and she never even returned. I had to go find a manager on my own.:mad:

    My John Jones Chevrolet Pontiac Buick review

    John Jones GM City was the only dealership out of the many that we shopped that was able to get the Silverado that we wanted at the price that we wanted. They have a very friendly staff and we never felt pressured. I would definatly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car.
