This dealer is dishonest from the salesman to the finance department. When taking my test drive I spoke with Josh about the headrests in the car. I bought my car a week later in the evening. I didn't check to see if the headrests were there - they were the previous week. The next day I noticed the headrest had been removed. All I have gotten is the run around and I am still waiting a return call from Josh - it is now 2 months after the purchase and no call. In addition, the car was sold with multiple mechanical problems - they refused to fix any - even a burnt light bulb. The finance guy assured us that the problems would be fixed under the warranty we bought. Clearly, he was just trying to make a sale. After selling us a $2000 warranty, our oil leaks are not covered. And, it turns out, not much else is covered under the warranty.
