Don't buy from these guys; the finance department is a con. The finance guy pressured us in buying the expensive insurances when we declined them he call us stupid. In addition to our down payment he even tried to make us paid the TT&L separately instead of roll in to the special finance. When we reviewed our finance document we notice he changed our interest rate from 2.9% to 4.9% even those we had been preapproved by Acura for 2.9% special offer. At that moment we took our check back and heading out the door. If it was for the sell men pleasing to us to allow someone else corrected our paper work, we would not have purchased the vehicle. I hate writing review; however, I really don't want any unsuspected buyer being tricked by the dealer.
