We were sold a protection package that included 4 items. We noticed after the sale that they had checked the "declined" box on one of the items, the rust inhibitor. When we questioned it, they said that Toyota does not recommend rust inhibitor. Toyota's customer service agrees with this. We said that we were unhappy that we bought something we didn't receive. They will not refund the money for something we paid for but did not receive.
Our purchase price of the car included cruise control to be added within 3-4 days of the purchase. They were to call when it was in. After a week I called them and had to arrange the appointment with the third party auto shop myself, because Scottie never got back to me. Funny, he called twice a day BEFORE we bought the car.
AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!
