Something seems extremely wierd about this dealership. They want you to make extra keys for your new vehicle which is strange in my opinion because it seems they might want to come take your car back at their discretion even though it is no longer their car, it is the creditor's. The new car is the customer's once it is bought and the deal is between the creditor and the owner of the vehicle. Joe Cooper seems to think they can threaten a customer into providing a key and that will make them happy nevermind that they have all your information and a tracking system implanted in your vehicle and if you try to question anything they will get smart with you and talk down to you. They seem to take advantage of their customers by demanding stuff that is not their right to demand and then smarting off to you if you call them out on it. They act like they're doing you a favor by financing you but making you sign paperwork that you HAVE to be back next time you need to purchase a vehicle, instead of appreciating YOUR business. Once your paperwork is signed they will hound you and while not exactly lying, they will not tell the entire truth. We had to go to the creditor to get the actual information. This dealership doesn't have a place where they can have a duplicate key made so the customer has to do it himself, but they failed to mention you could just take the key to the creditor. Mark himself said, "Well, if you had just brought in the key we wouldn't be in this situation," like it HAD to be handed over to HIS hands when he really had nothing to do with it; the creditor was who actually needed the key. So many voids in their information and no communication. We will go to the creditor to give them a copy of the keys, but my advice is to not give a copy to Joe Cooper Ford. All of a sudden we have to come in to provide them a key or they would take our new car back though it is NOT their place... that is up to the creditor. Mark was very rude and short with us, one day they were friendly and willing to work with us and the next day if we didn't put a key in their hands they spoke to us as though we were ignorant. Good car, horrible dealership. Very rude staff.

The sales staff was very unprofessional. When my husband and I first walked in, they were throwing golf balls across the sales floor. We signed 3/4ths of the paperwork and drove 3 hours in a severely overheating car to bring in down payment. They accepted the check THEN told us to come in the next day because they hadn't taken the car to the "shop" to "clean it up" (though when we went to pick up the car, it hadn't been washed, vacuumed, or cleaned in any way, shape, or form. They put a satellite chip in my car for a GPS system that would tell them exactly where my car would be at any given time.

2 weeks after having my car in my possession, they called to request we make keys for the new car and bring to them. We hadn't the chance to make it back up to the dealership due to emergencies and they called me at work the next week to threaten to take my car away - just because we "promised" to come in the next day with an extra set of keys for MY new car, which is what they should have had before I drove off the lot! I called the credit company through which I am financing this automobile and they said they hadn't even received my paperwork from Joe Cooper in Yukon!

I don't recommend this dealership because they use scare tactics where they are lacking in professionalism. They don't consider the time, safety, and distance for customers who have to come from hours away just to close the gaps the DEALERSHIP left! Their sales team has no clue what they are doing and when they find a short-coming in their team, they call up the customers to scare them instead.

This dealership took advantage of a 75 year old man who came in to purchase a truck. An individual living on a fixed income of social security of $732 a month was financed for a truck with a payment of $699.98. To think William in Financing and Mr. Franklin, the GM, would allow this to occur is beyond me. I will attempt to let Ford know what one of the dealerships advertising their name is doing. If you check on line this is not the only time this dealer has been involved in shady finance deals.
