    My Jim Wynn Volkswagen review

    Extremely poor service quality and unreasonably rude. Not being approached for verifying the problem during more than 3 hrs waiting. Wasn’t given a chance to demonstrate the problem until being told the car is ready to check out. Was asked to bring my car back two weeks later. The car was owned for only 2 years and 4 months, but it had been brought back for over 12 times due to poor service. Even the car is still under standard warranty, I had no chance to ask for service any more.
