waste of my time
It’s not possible to give them 0stars but that is what they deserve
Just horrible sales people, managers are insidious and that is a complement compaired to the words I would like to say. Quite simply, stay away!!!
VERY RUDE, NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! I HAVE PURCHASED FROM INSKIP IN THE PAST W/O A PROBLEM. THIS TIME THEY BEHAVED AS THOUGH,YOU OWE THEM THE WORLD AND SHOULD BEG TO BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!! DISGUSTING PIGGISH SALES PEOPLE!! BEWARE,DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE. BY THE WAY, IF ANYONE FROM INSKIP CARES ENOUGH TO READ THIS, SPEND THE MONEY TO GIVE YOUR SALES DEPT PROPER ETIQUETTE TRAINING ASAP!!
I went to this place with cash in hand. I was greeted, sent a guy who worked in a different sales department. They did not want to negotiate on the sticker price AT ALL and it was a four year old car! It was like they were doing me a favor. Their demeanors were rediculous and they played a 1980’s game of good cop bad cop let me ask my manager. Here’s the problem: the guy who supposedly was my sales guy told me he was a manager. Then I met two other so-called managers as they tried to force a car on me that was quoted at higher than a brand new car in its class. How completely rediculous! I’ve never had a worse car buying experience or was treated so poorly-I don’t know if they realize they’re in retail….or maybe that is the problem. I wasn’t dealing with a bunch of educated people which is a shame because most people that want to buy a Mercedes got their money from being educated and working hard for it. I’d go anywhere but here. I’m telling anyone and everyone how poorly they treat you. One of the guys reeked of bad cologne was maybe twenty something and literally acted like something out of bad Italian mafia movie. Unbelievable.
:mad:I twice tried to purchase a car here. Why did I go back I ask myself. They will not offer a decent price, and they will high pressure you. I traveled an hour away to get a car at a greatly discounted price. The “other” car dealership knew I wasn’t coming back for service, but since they deal in greater volume, the prices are much better. It seems as if all salespeople at Inskip have a “chip” on their shoulder. They are not forthcoming and cetainly don’t have good customer service training. A little bit of nicety can go a long way guys.
I was able to get in the same day I called with a courtesy loaner car. My ML350 was repaired the same day, washed and delivered back to me. Great all around service and friendly staff.
I have never worked with such an incompetent group of people in my life !! Especially sales people.
From the time they said they would not sell the vehicle at the price we were quoted two days before, to now, just trying to get the registration.
We have spoke with the salesperson, sales manager, finance manager, and finally general manager. All have been untruthful, unapologetic, and couldn’t care less about how they deal with you.
I’m curious to see how the service issues will be dealt with (they are supposed to fix a cup holder as negotiated when they purchase was made).
If you do buy here, do your homework and don’t pay a dime more than you HAVE to…it won’t make a difference either way.
