I took my Ram 1500 to Huffines Dodge In Plano to have the front end looked at. (It was pulling and bouncing) They aliened the front end and wanted to charge $50.00 to balance and rotate the tires I declined the balance and rotation.

After picking up my truck I discovered it was still pulling so I returned a few days later and ask them to recheck it. They took my truck and I waited for over an hour just to be told they would not recheck it until the tires were balanced and rotated. They offered again to do it for $50.00. I declined again and took my truck to NTB where they balanced and rotated my tires (that came with my truck) for NO CHARGE.

I returned a few days later to once again have the alignment rechecked. I pulled my truck into the service entrance stood by my truck for about 3 or 4 min. no one came to assist me so I went inside stood aside 4 service techs. and no one greeted me I finally had to ask someone to help me. I then explained what I was there for and ask how long it would that and was told it would be about an hour. Almost four hours later the fixed my truck.
