I've bought several cars in my life time. It's taken me several car purchases at other places, and one purchase experience at Hendrick Lexus in Charlotte, NC to figure out that your experience at the dealership should be the final decision as to where to buy your car. Henrick Lexus makes me feel like a memeber of a family and like I am at home each time I am there. I'm talking from the ground up. From purchase to continual service. I have never had a questionable experience at Hendrick Lexus and I feel confident that if I did, Mr. Hendricks would want to know. As long as service is this good, I will always buy my cars at Hendrick Lexus. Even if I didn't want to buy a Lexus, I would go to Hendrick Lexus and ask them if they could find a different type of car for me. The service I've always experienced at Hendrick Lexus is the reason I will always buy from Hendrick Lexus.
