this was my worste nightmare dealer closed loan with out confirm on my trade in pay off I had only said I thought I owed $15000 to BOA and after an hour on a sunday they said they had gotten through and that it was the $15000,I even ask the finance guy are you sure they got through and confirmed he said stop worrying if its off usally its just $200 to $300 and we just take care of that,a week goes by same financeguy calls and says theres a problem the pay off was $18,000 we need to get the remaining $3000 to pay off your old lease which was now late by 3 days 1st time ever,i said what all who read this would have,and in the end found no help ,only my credit was getting destroyed I at first was able to come up with half and asked them to meet me in the middle and got a fast flat out no it took 3 months for me to pay bank of america that 3000 and whats worste of all they had resold that truck in 2 days :x :cry:
