the service manager was rude, uncaring, dismisssive, arrogant and pompass. he broke the first rule of customer service ie - listen. the bearings on my front were replaced at the hartley service center and after a few months and 4,000 miles they went bad. a few months after having my bearings replaced by hartley, i experienced car problems and went to a service place in town before a trip and had some major work done. later i found out it was the same bearing job preformed by hartley, when i went to them they refused to discuss the problem and wanted to charge me another $300 or more to replace the bearings for the third time in under 16 months. something is rotten in denmark!!!!! no compromise, no apology, no willingness to half way right a wrong. is this a way to run a business?????
