Good or Bad.
Tell you they got you approved for financing, Put insurance on the car, go to sales office to sign contract and pay down payment, They go over your contract, about financing terms, payment amount, interest rates, you sign to get new tags, give down payment, they hand you all the paperwork in an envelope and tell you to keep it in the car incase you get stopped. Congratulate you on your purchase!! Shake your hand! Hand you the keys and congratulate you again. Call you in 2 weeks after you have the car , tell you they have a problem, to try and get you to come back in. Try to harrass you into signing another contract with higher interest and higher payment or harrass you into getting a co-signer because the so called credit approval wasnt approved. Then you find out they have sent your credit info to 15 other lenders after the contracts were signed ---this in turn screws up your credit rating!! If you do not resign the contract, they will call you and harrass you all day everyday, then they will illegally repossess your car!!!!!!!!! They lie to the repo company and tell them that you havent made your payment even when a payment wasnt due for 3 months( per your signed purchase agreement!!) ! The call PROFFESIONAL AUTO RECOVERY otherwise known as PAR , the tow company doesnt care about your contract, nor does the Sherrif's office! They dont care wether AUDDIE BROWN lies and uses deceiptful practices, The sherrif's office lets them Illegally Reposses the car!!!

Comment on USES DECEPTIVE PRACTICES. Fraud!!!
This is a classic tactic.Again, to EVERYONE..NEVER, NEVER take a car home or sign anything on a weekend or when banks are closed!! Always make or finalize a deal on a weekday when financial institutions are open. Unless, of course, you are paying in cash. Also, they probably did not illegally reposses your car. There is always a clause in their contract that says "Based on approved Credit." They will check your credit, and think that they can get it financed when the bank is open and write in those terms on your contract. If, however, on the Monday following the weekend the financial institution refuses the loan to the dealership or does not approve your application, then the deal is null and void, and you need to return the car. After a decline like that, the dealer will "shotgun" your credit to try and get you approved anywhere they can, and make a new contract with the "new" terms from a different institution, often with higher interest and more payments, etc.Your best bet in a case like this is to simply return the car to them if they can't fulfill the agreed upon financing and make sure you see them destroy the original sales contract, or you take it from them. Then just leave the dealership. Do not ever re-sign anything!!!
