I had a scheduled appointment At 8:30 AM and made it on time (I live 2 hours away). Once reached there, the employee working there was not courteous and was talking to me as if I was a complete idiot and told me that I would have to wait until the afternoon before even getting serviced and no car or shuttle was available. What is the point of having a scheduled visit then

? Then he tries to tell me that I should know better and was told this on the phone

. Of which was false and how is he going to tell me that I should Know better. On top of this, he even cursed in front of me. So I ask for my keys and he then says there is a shuttle even though he said earlier the driver is not working today. I eventually got out of there before getting upset and will take my business to Moffitt Vw where they know how to treat a customer. This is a truly unprofessional and rude dealership and advise know one to go there unless they want to deal with this bs.
