My Friendly Chevrolet reviewI just purchased my 4th car from Friendly Chev over the course of 11 years, and have worked with several sales people–all of them have taken thier time to make me a happy customer. I bought myself a 2010 Impala last fall, and when the gas prices started going up we decided to trade my wife’s van in. I made a bee line for Friendly. When I bought my Impala, I didn’t see exactly what I was looking for on the lot and my sales person took the time to find me exactly what I wanted. When I came back to look again, I made sure I sought him out. I started looking at the used vehicles since I know they are always good deals, but Mike showed me a brand new Malibu that was optioned the way I wanted and priced within my budget. When we discussed our trade-in, I was surprised to hear the number was more than I expected. My wife is completely satisfied with her new car, and loves the pitstop card she got to get her free car washes and vacuums to keep her “baby” looking new.
Keep it up, I have 2 kids getting closer to driving age…….

My Friendly Chevrolet reviewI take back my previous update, Dion DID NOT follow through with his end of the resolution to the problem, but I am so sick of listening to the B.S. slung by this dealership that it’s more trouble than it’s worth, and my only satisfaction will be, and has been found in telling everyone I know about the poor treatment we recived. And Dion, please do not email me whining about the mean review I am posting and how I have hurt your feelings.

My Friendly Chevrolet reviewI have bought several vehicles from Friendly Chev and they have always taken care of me. I live in Brooklyn Park so it was more convienent to bring my vehicle for service to another Chevy dealer. I had a problem with it and that other dealer told me it would cost me $1500 to fix it. In disbelief, I wanted to get a second opinion. Friendly gave me the second opinion, and it was the right one. Saving me $1200 dollars! What a joke!!!! I will never bring my vehicle in anywhere else BUT Friendly because they have earned my full trust for service and sales.

My Friendly Chevrolet reviewThis group of smarmy used car salesmen thought it was ok to sell a piece of crap to a 16 year old girl and then lie about it. When an indpendant mechanic found a big problem ($900′s worth) with the car, they “had their guy look at it” (so flippin’ untrue) and he miraculously found NOTHING wrong with it! Imagine that! And they had the cahones to think that I couldn’t see through their B.S. (I am a female…), but I could, and I did, while they were spewing it. Ya, that’s right jerks, I knew it, but I couldn’t do anything but hope they were decent people. Unfortunately, my 16 year old’s idot father (my ex of course) purchased the car before getting it looked at, so we’re stuck. Lesson learned the hard way, but none the less Friendly Fridley Chev, you’re a bunch of lying schmucks who cheat little girls and you deserve the spot that hell has reserved for losers such as yourselves.
As an update to my previous post about Friendly Fridley Chevrolet, the car salesman who helped us, Dion Kennedy, replied to a complaint message I left for him, and then proceeded to do his honest best to remedy the situation, and eventually was able to come up with a solution that made us happy. As a personal note to Dion, thank you for going above and beyond to help us out and for proving there are still some decent people in the used car industry.
Shop at Friendly Chev if you want, Dion did his best, no car from the Bargain Lot is going to be anything more than at best, a bargain. No matter what becomes of this ever increasing problem of a car we have acquired, I do not, and will not hold Dion or the wonderful people at Friendly Chev accountable, because the car is from the Bargain Lot! I don’t know what I was expecting out of the Bargain Lot, certainly not perfection, therefore I have made mountains out of molehills and to Dion I offer my sincerest apologies and pray that he does not take the sarcastic complaining of one person to heart. However, my feelings on the mechanical workings of the car stand as there were two independant mechanics who looked at it and both found the same problems and we dumped another $750.00 into making the car run properly. Again, it was from the Bargain Lot, and Dion is not a mechanic so I do not hold him responsible, actually it was my idiot ex who did not shop around or have the car looked at before he bought it. Dion is a saint in the used car world and if you choose to look at a car in the Friendly Chev Bargain Lot, see Dion as he fights for all used car purchasers in mean world of used car wheeling and dealing. I have said all I care to say on the matter, you’re on your own.
