went to buy a 2012 jeep wrangler. during the process i asked about the lifetime powertrain warranty being a chrysler product and that i could use it at any chrysler dealer in the country. i was told on at least 4 occasions that it was and it could be used at any dealer in the country. did not get any paperwork on the warranty when i bought the jeep but 2 months later when i went back to ask about the warranty because i had not received any paperwork they issued me the paperwork saying they had forgot. i then found out it was not a chrysler warranty but a private company in florida that they had purchased warranties from. when i told the store manager (mark miller) about all of this and that i was told on more than one occasion this was a chrysler warranty his response was that none of his employees would have said that. he told me if i wanted a chrysler warranty that i could buy one. i did not like the insinuation of being called a liar. i told everyone i dealt with i would be moving out of state and wanted to be sure that the warranty could be used at any chrysler dealer anywhere but the warranty they issued 2 months after i purchased was not what i agreed to. understand, they will lie about the warranty to get you to buy the vehicle. even the sales managers do not know what the warranty says. when i talked to the first one he told me he did not know what the warranty said until i showed him he then said he would have to check this out. you cannot trust this dealership or the employees, be careful.
I went to Frank Fletcher today to trade in my 2010 Camaro on a used 2009 Honda Accord in order to get lower monthly payments. The salesman that I was working with was kind and helpful. I told him what payment I wanted and he tried his best to make it happen. I am not listing his name in this review because he tried his absolute best to try to accomodate me in every way. I feel it would be unfair to have his name associated with such a horrible rating. Everything went downhill when the sales manager, Ryan Freeman, was brought into the mix. I have never been so disrespected in my adult life. He talked down to me like my car was just taking up a parking space and I should thank him that I was lucky enough to even look at his 09 Accord. I told him I was not in a rush to trade in my Car because I love it and I am shopping around for a lower payment. He responded with “Why did you even come to a dealership if you aren’t trading in a car?”. I was dumbfounded by not only the statement but the body language and sarcasm he used. At that point he walked away, across the showroom floor, still talking about how I would not get the payment I wanted on the Accord. Mind you, he was speaking loud enough for every other person in the dealership to now have a front row seat to our issue. The point of this review is not to be vindictive, but trying to warn other potential buyers that it is not worth even driving onto the lot of this dealership. I will never forget this experience and NEVER set foot on a Fletcher lot again. Frank Fletcher should be ashamed and embarassed to have such a disrespectful employee representing his name.
We purchased our vehicle overseas and had to pick it up at Fletcher when we arrived to Arkansas. From the beginning, our salesperson in Germany had issues getting answers from Mike. We were told our car would not be test driven or sitting on the lot in the bad weather (tornado season). When we arrived to pick up our vehicle, it had been damaged by hail(how that happened to a car that was supposed to be sitting in a storage facility is beyond me), reluctantly they fixed it.
We were given 6 free oil changes with our vehicle. Each time we scheduled an early morning appointment, only to come pick it up after work and it was just being sent back to be serviced.
This last time, we had our vehicle looked at (again) for an issue they said they fixed. We paid over $1500 for the repairs (car is no longer under warranty). I drive it home only to find out that the original problems are still there AND the back brakes (which they replaced) and alignment (which they say they fixed) are giving us issues. How anyone can take a vehicle in for repairs and come back with MORE issues is mind boggling.
I’ve told all of our family and to stay VERY far away from these people, as a small business owner myself, reputation and customer service are key. I’d never make a malicious comment about another company; but I feel as though we have given Fletcher many opportunities to redeem
themselves and the service keeps getting worse.
After paying down and signing contract,it took going on 5 weeks to get copy of contract to title jeep.everytime i called ,no-one would return call. I did get a employee name Zack to talk to,but it did not take long to see he had a problem of telling the truth. Our conversation ended when he told me that fletcher dodge was the largest and made the most money than any dearler in the state. From that he told me I was a ” pain in the ASS’ and hung up.Would never go back!!!!!!!
Looked up on net, found truck, called on several occasions and arranged my schedule to see truck, met Mike inet sales, drove it, Mike priced truck based on inet price from another dealer (HE PRICED HIS truck not me) wanted to find different color, he looked overnite; called in AM then late afternoon went to write a check for orignial truck driven and priced by Mike. Too find out after all TIME and calls they just couldn’t sell it for that price, “they had more than that in it” how original!!!!!!!?????????? They would be happy to sell me a new truck or another truck (that they could make more profit on) Left so mad I was shakeing. Went to New Boston Texas and bought a better truck lower miles color I wanted for a cheaper price!!!!! Does anybody have any Ideas on how I can waste about 8 hours of THEIR TIME like they did to me?
DON’T go there and waste your time but if you do my advice is to GET all conversations recorded or written ASAP. They (he) have bad memories and like to change their minds?
