I purchased my Altima in Indianapolis and upon returning home, I noticed the turn signal in the mirror was not lighting up. I took it to Fort Wayne Nissan and dropped it off. When I picked the car up, they attempted to use "up-sale" tactics and be-little me. When I got home, I noticed there was a huge scratch out of the front bumper that wAs not there when I left it that morning. I have tried to resolve this issue, as well as other dents I found on it, and they refuse to fix things properly. The general manager is condecending and acts as though the dealership has no responsibility in this issue. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARE THERE!!!
