Truck was on dealership website and several others. Drove 100 miles, one way, to buy it only to find out it had been sold weeks earlier. No apologies - just tried to sell me a new car. Probably a sales tactic. Leave it on the website to draw you in then try to sell you a new one.
Won't ever go back and will never recommend.
Customer service is lacking from the top down at Ferrario. The auto body shop has no sense of professionalism and will send work out without checking it over. Ferarrio will not fix their mistakes, making customers take their vehicles to another location to have it properly fixed. No one at Ferarrio stands behind their work...not even the owner, Don Ferarrio!
Save yourself a lot of stress and headaches by taking your car to another repair shop.
I can only imagine how the sales team treats their customers knowing how the body and service shop treats their customers...Horrible experience...will never use Ferrario again for anything!
