My toyota sieanna was still under warranty, plus purchased an extented warranty (6 year 100,000 mile). The brake caliper was sticking and wore out my brake pads at 35,000 miles. This dealership told me they couldn't do anything about the problem very rudely, and then tried to charge me $89.95 for service. All they did was take my driver side wheel off, check brakes, and put wheel back on. The service manager is a jerk, and pretty much ran me and my wife off. This experience will be my last. Everyone I work with and am related to do and will know all about this experience. This stunt is going to cost this dealership alot more than $89.95 in the long run, because "Word of Mouth" advertisement goes along way!!!!

All smiles and understanding when you are greeted at the service counter but simple obvious complaints not remedied by the mechanic. Complaint would have required a test ride but none was taken as evidenced by observing odometer reading before and after. Staff not studied on details of warranty and try to avoid making warranty repairs, repeatedly and inaccurately making claims that complaints not covered. Contrary to popular conception Toyotas do require repair and if you choose Fannin to purchase a new Toyota consider yourself forewarned.
