My 05 Suburban is in the shop after only 4 days of receiving it. Mr Boren, our salesman, was a wonderful and helpful person and the fella sitting behind him was actually the guy who we talked to on coming in to look at what you had. I lost his name info and didn't realize that I was at your dealership so please tell him that I am sorry for not dealing with him because he was very helpful over the phone. I drove the Suburban from your dealership and got into Conway Arkansas and the transmission started shifting very hard. It sat at relatives for a day and the next day when operated the check engine light came on and still shifted hard. We had to pick up a car dolly the next morning on our way back to the state of Delaware to haul our car and am glad that we stopped at the dealer here in Searcy, AR because the transmission had problems and may not have lasted our trip back to Delaware. We are very sad about our experience.
