My El Dorado Mazda reviewJohn was very helpful and easy to work with on making the deal. I don’t understand why I dealt with Sam when I picked up the car since john was there that day. Sam was nice, but wasn’t completely familiar with the car’s features. I felt like the deal had been made, so I was then passed off to someone else. At no time was the warranty information shared with me nor was I given any information concerning the service department.
