My M & M Auto Group reviewI BOUGHT CAR FROM THEM,I TOLD THEM THIS THE MONEY I HAVE,SO THEY AGREED.THE NEXT DAY ME AND MY SON PICK IT UP AND TOOK IT HOME. AFTER FEW 2 WEEKS I CALLED THEM ,WHERE IS MY TITTLE, THEY SAID I STILL OWE THEM. THEY FABRICATED THE PAPERS.
THEY ARE ALL DISHONEST PERSON INCLUDING THE MANAGER ” JIMMY” AND STAFF “WAFY” STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
DON’T BUY FROM THEM.
This has to be the worse dealership in the state of Virginia
They lie and try to fudge the numbers.
You really have to watch them.
I really believe they are trained to rip off and bullshit the customer.
There is no way I would recommend this place to anyone.
The more I write the madder I get………..
I agreed with Neal, I reported to State Police but they are professional cheaters,I am hoping the FBI will involve with this, bec. the State Police did not investigated throughly.

My M & M Auto Group reviewBefore I bought the car from them, this guy SHAWN was very nice to me. Right after I bought the car his attitude changed. I was calling them every now and then for my title and tags…they were keep LYING that it is in mail….ALL LIES….When I did not receive my title and tags for one month I called Shawn …..he was so mean and harsh….SUPER MEAN…I WILL INSIST DO NOT TRUST THEM and DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM….in short, they all are crooks!!!
RUN, DON’T WALK FROM THIS CROOKED USED CAR DEALERSHIP!
I could write a book about my dealings with them after purchasing a car from them. I don’t have enough space here to tell the whole story. If you want more details, email me and give a phone number. I will be more than happy to give you a blow by blow report on my dealings with them.
Oh, by the way, I am pursuing legal actions- despite their claim that I can’t due to a paper I signed which stated I’d have to use THEIR arbitrator and, if I chose to go that route, I’d only end up having to pay huge recovery fees to the dealership as well as to THEIR chosen arbitrator!!
EXCUSE ME!!!
These people are lying scoundrels. Contact me for the whole story, I think it’s rather shocking- and interesting.

My M & M Auto Group reviewThe fact there are only 17 reviews which I could find in the past 3 years this dealership has been open, and that they sold 4 cars just while we were there tells me that only the angry people have taken the time to even write a review. We had excellent service from these professional salesmen. The vehicles are very nice and the price is right. If you are looking for a great deal from the most courteous salesmen I have ever met, come here to get your next vehicle!

My M & M Auto Group reviewBought an Infiniti from David. He was professional and courteous. He volunteered to send me the Carfax so I could get the history on the car. I am from out of state, so after reading some of the complaints above, I was concerned about driving a long distance to buy this car. However, when I arrived, everything went smoothly, just how you would expect it. There was a chip in the windshield that would have been better to have been repaired by M&M, but I got the car at a competitive price and got it fixed myself. Overall a good experience.

My M & M Auto Group reviewI have bought and sold dozens of vehicles over the years and this was easily the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. I’ve never felt the need to warn others, but this time I can’t let anyone fall prey to these thieves. I was interested in one of the most expensive cars on their lot and I was still treated like trash. No potential customer should ever be treated this way. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Everyone is extremely rude, the documents they provide are false, the vehicles are junk, the selection is garbage, and the showroom is decrepit. Do not waste your time driving to this place. This dealership needs to be shut down.

My M & M Auto Group reviewDO NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE BUMS. Their atitude is crap. Their service is crap. They lie. They cheat. They pull every shady deal under the sun and issue worthless 30 warranties that they never honor.
You are better off WALKING than buying a car from them. They sold a car to my son that had broken motor mounts and a crappy transmission that they “temporarily” fixed enough to sell it.
They are the rudest bunch of people I have ever dealt with and that includes people I have dealt with overseas.

My M & M Auto Group reviewThis is the most unprofessional D rated business I have ever dealt with. Bought a car a month and a half ago and paid it off in full a week later. I am sure they were very unhappy with that. And now they are dragging their feet to get us our title and tags. They keep saying they are in the mail and yet nothing ever comes. The only reason they are even getting 1 star is because you have to give one. I would recommend walking or taking the bus over buying a vehicle at this dealership.

My M & M Auto Group reviewDO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE! Ditto previous ratings about this being a terrible dealership. Vehicle came with no owners manual, remote key with no battery and didn’t work when I put in battery–not even the right key fob for the vehicle. Had to spend $1500 immediately on 4 new tires and new brakes, “processing fee” that covered no processing since I had to pay the fees and taxes to register at the DMV. And same experience as others–promises to send manual, promises to send new key and nothing ever arrived. I am pursuing complaint everywhere I can because I would hate to see someone else get taken advantage of in the same way

My M & M Auto Group reviewI was looking for a car to buy for my daughter who is in college out of state. I found a Saturn VUE on the Internet that M&M Auto Group was selling. It looked great online and the Carfax stated that it had not been in any accidents. So I went to M&M Auto Group to view the car. It had several minor scratches and a long ugly scratch on door. The bumper looked like the previous owner had backed into something several times. The interior was good and it drove well. I had some reservations about the bumpers and the long ugly scratch on door. Jimmy, the car sales person, asked me if I wanted to put a deposit on the car for them to hold it for three days. I asked Jimmy if was a non-refundable deposit. Jimmy stated it was refundable.
At a auto dealership, I found and bought a later model SUV in better condition, less miles, and for the same price. I called Jimmy and told him I decided not to buy the car and asked for my money back. Jimmy stated that my deposit was non-refundable. Jimmy stated that I misunderstood him. (Note: Jimmy’s first language is not English. Jimmy looks like he is from India.) Jimmy said he told me the deposit was refundable if I decided to buy the car.
Do not waste your time with M&M Auto Group. Most of their cars and dents and dings that some how they are able to remove from the online photos. If you do decide to go to M&M Auto Group, do not let them talk you into leaving a deposit.
