I’ve gone into Greenwich Infiniti a couple times just for routine maintenance; tire rotations, oil changes, etc. The car is always ready when they it will be ready, they provide loaner cars, they’ve even picked my car up and dropped it off after it was ready.

Nowadays, it’s harder and harder to get what you want when you go anywhere. Everyone’s just after your money or your time. Luckily, I went to Greenwich Infiniti. For purchase – they were very genuine about their approach, they answered all the questions I had, Barbara even helped me pick out the color that she thought was best for me. for service- they were even better. Always providing the best expert opinion, they always have my car ready when they say they will and they work around my schedule for appointments. It’s really a great dealership.

I had a great experience at Greenwich Infiniti. I went in because I know a couple friends that swear by the dealership so I wanted to see what all the fuss was about. They’re a tight knit community of their own, they’re great and that’s why their customers are so loyal. I don’t think I’ll buy anywhere else again.

Wonderful experience at Greenwich Infiniti. I called in to ask for a promotion on saw on television. The guy, Bruno was very helpful, genuine and he answered all of my questions. When I came in, he talked a little bit more about pricing and a couple days later, my G25 was delivered. It was simple and easy.

I went to Greenwich Infiniti looking to find a car that really spoke to me. When I got there, I saw the M37 and automatically knew I had to have it. I spoke to the sales guy Patrick and he helped me get the car I wanted with all the specs and features I wanted and a little less than a week later, I had my m37. The sales people were friendly, professional and most important, they got me what I wanted and not what they needed to get off the lot.

I always have my G35 serviced here. Other shops are closer but the quality of the work at Greenwich Infiniti is much better. The service people are very polite and professional. Plus the dealership offers loaners, pick up, delivery, etc. and repairs are done quickly.

Looking for a G37, I went in to several dealerships but couldn’t seem to get exactly what I wanted at others. Greenwich Infiniti went above and beyond to get me the exact g37 and options I wanted. My sales consultant Barbara understood and did not haggle me to make my decision as soon as she rounded out the price. She explained every decimal and comma, every feature the car offered and even coordinated to hand off my car personally. She was great and everyone else I encountered was professional and really very nice. I love my G37 and it’s all because of the people at Greenwich.

I worked with Tony- he is the internet manager (I believe). I contacted him via email interested in the Infiniti G25. This man was amazing. He promptly responded to my questions and addressed all of my concerns without hesitation. He was also diligent in sending me four different options for my situation. I really couldn’t have asked for more from a car salesman. He went above and beyond my expectations. I didn’t end up purchasing that day but when I was ready to come in, my same deal was still on the table. I am very happy with my new G25 and with the great people I met over at Infiniti of Greenwich.

Recently purchased an EX-35 from VW Langhonre. Very professional throughout the process, good price offered, fantastic delivery process. Their amazing staff is a great bonus. I also worked out a deal with them that covers all maintenance for the first two years, and free oil changes for life. Was treated far better at this dealership than the others in the area.

I wouldrecommend anyone to purchase at Infiniti of Greenwich. I had just come from avery bad experience at another dealer and I was wary of car dealerships afterthat experience. My salesman, Bruno was very kind, knowledgeable, and helistened to my wants and needs. The whole sales team worked very hard to obtainwhat I was looking for in a new vehicle. I had a great experience at Infinitiof Greenwich and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back there again. Awesome salesteam, environment, and outcome!
