Since this was a relatively new dealership, there were some personnel issues, ie not enough staff, things could have gone a little smoother, but overall satisified.

I’m very pleased, but I wish I could have used my own previously approved loan. It is also a bit too far away. They did offer the best deal on the car, though. Bargain.

Had a great conversation with him about my son’s new Mazda 3. Everyone there is friendly and says hello, the cashier, parts guy, they always seem happy to help or answer questions.

I live in excess of 50 miles away from this dealership and choose to take my car to them for service and oil changes. They are professional, courteous & very accommodating. I am very happy with my experience them.

We had to wait a couple of hours due to a paperwork error. Could have asked whose name our trade in automobile’s contract was in. They were so nice though that I cannot look at this as a negative and they compensated us for our time with a free maintenance checkup and oil change next time we come in. Overall happy with that.

Danny Matuza is always polite, friendly and provides excellent customer service. The best I have ever received at any other dealership service dept. I only wish I could give a higher rating to the service Dept. Excellent customer service, friendly representatives, especially Danny Matuzza.

Got there a bit early and was greeted warmly and was taken care of promptly. I had a few questions about my car and was promised the service folks would take a look and let me know answers…and they did. The service staff are wonderful…welcoming…fully knowledgeable and willing to answer questions.

I normally get the same Mech… Mike…I trust him and he has seen me every month since I purchased this vehicle so he knows, I like quality and to do the best job for me.
