    My Landers Ford Lincoln review

    Wish I had never taken the car to Landers Ford in Benton! :mad: The $9.95 oil change was a rip off! I was charged twice for the oil. :eek: The check that of the car was not included with the paperwork. Art refused to have my name on the paperwork and would not call me but would talk with my husband instead. Art was very condensending to me. My husband agreed to the brake and rear axel seals to be replaced. I had to call Art because he refused to call me. What Art said was done to the car and what was on the paperwork was two different things. I hated dealing with Art. Art even told me they closed 30 minutes earlier than what the cashier told me and what is reported on their website. I wish I had never ever taken the car there. I think it was all a big RIP OFF!! :mad: I don’t think I had all the facts. Shame on me for trusting this business to be honest. I will never go back or recommend to anyone for anything. It felt so slimmy to do business with them that I think I need a bath! :eek:
