At that time Gap insurance was placed on the vehicle and added to the financing. In January of 2010 I canceled the Gap insurance, doing this by certified mail. June of 2011 the vehicle was paid off (Gap covers nothing on a vehicle that is paid off). In August of 2011 stopped in at dealership to inquire as to why the insurance was not canceled, I was informed that they did not know. Finance officer and I filled out cancellation request form. Still at the end of 2011 insurance has not been canceled. My recomendation to anyone thinking about buying a car from Grossinger should just walk away. I purchased a 2009 Sonata in November 2009.
