I was looking for a very particular model car and had already placed it on hold with the intention of purchasing that same day before I looked online and found the same car on the 21 Century Auto group dealership website. The car had less miles and a better price then the one I was originally going to purchase and the price was FANTASTIC! My sales rep Mark handled my sale and was a pleasure to work with. Mark called the other dealership to get information on their car and we compared them both, 21st had a better car for a better price hands down. I was very fortunate to be inquisitive enough to check online before I purchased and I am grateful this dealership offered such great customer service, I would recommend it to others.

The dealership itself seems a little crowded with vehicles but I suppose it’s better to be overstocked then under. My salesmen were fantastic and a pleasure to deal with. Before reviewing it, I wanted to drive my car around and see if I was as satisfied with their service and products as I was upon purchasing. I purchased a 2009 Land Rover from Manny. First off, I have to mention that Manny was fantastic! He was extremely helpful and the pleasure of working with him really helped seal the deal. I looked at several dealerships in and around this area and this was the best deal for the better car. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and just want to take a minute to compliment the staff at 21 Century for their hard work and their attention to customer service. My car is the perfect fit for me and for the first time in a while, I am anticipating the winter because I won’t have to worry about my commute in the inclement weather!

Diego was very courteous, well mannered and patient with my family and I as we looked at the inventory and vehicles located all around this nice dealership. My experience with the dealership overall was very positive and I don’t really have any complaints. We didn’t plan on coming to this dealership and just found it on our drive home. My wife and I need a new car because we were sharing only one vehicle and it was getting tough. Upon entering, we were greeted by several salesmen and chose to go with Diego. Plenty of salesmen approached us which was a little overwhelming but I suppose it is better to have plenty of staff then a shortage. Diego made our trip to 21 Century a pleasant one. We ended up finding the perfect vehicle and the price was fantastic. This was my first time there and I was actually very pleased with their customer service and their vehicles. I purchased a 2007 Audi A4 from Anthony and so far havent had a problem. As far as the process, Anthony worked with the bank to get my loan excepted even though my credit isnt the greatest. I worked with the finance guy to get the best possible payments and it all worked out really well. I am a recent customer, and have only had the car for about 2 weeks and as I mentioned, was very happy with this dealership. I just hope it stays that way and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend it thus far.

My 21 Century Auto Group reviewI have had so many bad experiences with several dealerships in the past 8 months. I purchased an Audi SUV from a DCH dealership and boy was that a mistake. The vehicle was pre-owned but they told me everything was working great, a week later my transmission ended up overheating on a family trip. BIG MISTAKE!
I went to the 21 Century dealership because a close family friend had recommended it to me. They told me their experience with their vehicle and the staff was exceptional and I took their word for it.
Our sales representative was Arthur H. Within the first several minutes, I was pleased with the manner in which this gentleman handled our sale. Arthur was very professional, enthusiastic and after explaining my previous situation with the Audi, he suggested a vehicle and promised the dealership stood behind what they sold. This time, I test drove the car and asked everything about it before I purchased. I brought my mechanic along with me and he took a quick look at the more mechanic details and told me the vehicle was really well maintained and taken care of.
Overall, my family and I are very happy with our new BMW SUV and above all, impressed and very pleased with the service we received. We have not had a problem with this car and would highly recommend this dealership to others. Thank you 21 Auto Group!

My 21 Century Auto Group reviewI purchased my car at the end of June and I am still waiting for my title, they gave me a temporary plate to use but it expired you would not believe the tickets I have received for unregistered vehicle. I went to the showroom and was told they couldn’t give me another so now the car is sitting in my driveway. I have made several phones calls to the dealership to speak to Beatrice who is in charge of the motor vehicle dept. I have also called the salesman & manager of the establishment, no one got on the phone and no one returned my calls in the past two weeks.
I highly recommend to think twice, or even three times before buying a vehicle from this dealership.
I will be contacting the department of consumer affairs, not to mention my lawyer about is.

My wife and I searched several dealerships online and found a vehicle we really liked at the 21 Century Auto website. We live over 2 hrs away so to make the entire process easier for my family, I called and set up an appointment to look at the car in interest. The staff at this dealership is very friendly and worked with me to set up something on my schedule. They held onto the car for a day and when we arrived, it was ready to be checked out and driven. Arthur our salesman was great! My wife hung out with the children in the lounge while my brother and I took a look at the cars. The car was exactly what I expected, low miles and a FANTASTIC buy! Arthur didn’t rush us, wasn’t pushy and didn’t insist on us purchasing. He was professional, polite and offered his knowledge of the cars in stock. I have never really written a review before but I wanted to take a moment to suggest this dealership to others searching to purchase a vehicle at a great price and deal with pleasant and proffessional salesman. Arthur was the gentleman we dealt with throughout our purchase. He was very friendly and offered his assistance as soon as we arrived. We explained what type of vehicle we needed and what accomodations it had to have as well as things we would just enjoy it having but werent essential. Arthur was very knowledgable about cars and quickly showed us several vehicles in the lot that fell into our criteria. After about an hour of looking at all types of vehicles, my husband I agreed on a really nice infiniti crossover. It was good for the weather changes and accomodated my family of 4. Arthur guided us through the paperwork as he worked with his team members and was able to get us an even better price then expected on the vehicle we chose. We met several other people at this dealership and they all seemed very friendly and professional. Arthur called us several days ago to check up on things and offer any help with questions about the car, we thought that was really great and because of their great attention to customers, I would suggest this dealer to others. My 21 Century Auto Group reviewI lived in New York City most of my life and about a year ago moved to Michigan for work. I have been looking for a very specific vehicle and after a long search, found it at the 21 Century dealership in Springfield, NJ. Unable to travel to NJ, I hired a mechanic I trust to go look at the specifics of the vehicle I was looking to purchase. I called to put a hold on the vehicle and left a very small deposit with a salesman of 100 dollars to hold the vehicle for a week while Mario my mechanic stopped in to look at it in detail. We dealt personally with Mr. Mark Carr. Although this entire process seems a little wild, Mark helped process everything with ease. The car was exactly what I expected and Mario made sure everything worked up to par. The dealership shipped the car to Michigan and helped me work on the paperwork as everything was filed legally and accordingly. I really enjoyed working with this dealership and believe the best form of gratitude is to let others know of my great experience. If they are willing to work with out of state customers, I am sure their customer service for NJ customers or folks that live closer by is also a positive one. I will be recommending this place to other folks, without a doubt!

I drove almost 2 hours and the car was sold 15min before I got there. the manager didn’t even care. he said well pick something else. I came all the way for that car not to pick something else. before I got there my credit was ran and I was told it was ok just bring the documents requested. I got there and it was a differnt story. this dealership do not have honest people working there. I hate this place and would never go back. it was the worse experience ever. I think the worse was the lies. I don’t have time to waste driving two hours for knowing. I hate this dealership.
Bonnie, I live pretty far from the dealership and I would be frustrated if that happened to me. I was just reading your review and I cant believe that happened. Maybe you should have contacted the general manager, he worked on some financial papers with me and he was fantastic. I also called in and set up an appointment for a car, when I got there it was exactly the car I saw online and I just feel that maybe you dealt with the wrong people because I tried different dealerships and honestly, this was the best one. >.<

There is a particular woman that comes in (Fran) and I have become close friends with her. While engaging in conversation, I mentioned I was looking into purchasing another car because my car had too many miles and was really beginning to give me problems. She mentioned she had made a recent purchase at 21 Century Auto in Springfield. She mentioned she was so happy with the service and the price of her new vehicle. She recommended her salesman Arsen to me and with her persuasive tactics, I took her recommendation into consideration and set up an appointment with Arsen. I went to the dealership with my father. I don’t want to make this review longer but basically…I purchased my new car at this dealership and couldn’t be happier. Arsen and the rest of the staff were extremely polite and treated us with the upmost respect. My dad has been a mechanic for over 35 years and I trusted his opinion on the car. Dad checked out all the details and quickly inspected the vehicle. Low miles, GREAT price, just what I wanted! With my dads help, I felt confident I was making the right decision and all thanks to a great recommendation so I figured the best way to say thank you to Arsen…tell others what a great experience I had. I guess my dad is going to get a great Father’s day present for helping me throughout the entire process!

The dealership itself is very nice and seemed to have plenty of vehicles to choose from. My husband and I went this past weekend because the prices on the vehicles we liked on their website were phenomenal! We worked with Jeff and Joe and couldn’t be happier. These gentlemen were extremely polite, courteous and very professional. The day we went, the dealership was celebrating Memorial weekend and made us hot dogs and hamburgers, offered us drinks and we were able to interact with other customers. We spoke with a woman that had made several purchases at this dealership already. She and her husband were really nice folks and the staff at 21 Century was also very friendly. We didn’t go for the food of course, but it was a nice gesture on their behalf for their customers. We ended up making a purchase at this dealership. A 2009 Infiniti SUV. It suited our needs and both of us agreed it fit into our budget. We worked with Joe and he helped set up affordable payments. I will be recommending this dealership to family and friends and YOU!

Rt 1 is the road to be on when trying to check out dealerships and compare because they have so many! One of our last stops was 21 Century and after visiting so many dealerships, this was the dealership for us. Rudolf was a fantastic salesman, he was professional, courteous and enthusiastic. The prices they sell the cars for are UNBELIEVABLE! We purchased our car with this staff and DONT regret it at all. My 21 Century Auto Group reviewFor the first time in a longtime, I didn’t have to hassle with a car salesman! The salesmen at 21 Century Auto made me doubt the stereotype car salesman have because they were so fantastic and very honest. When my husband and I went to look at a “lightly used” SUV, our car salesman, Earnest, was super. Earnest not only guided us in the right direction with his knowledgeable input but he also became a friend when he helped us reach a better decision then the one we were leaning for.
We were debating two different SUV’s. Long story short, the one we wanted was nice and the price was great but, in the end, I would be driving it more then my husband and I was leaning more for option number 2. Earnest understood why I liked the other vehicle and encouraged us to test drive both and compare. In the end my husband and I agreed the option number 2 (the one I wanted originally) was more suitable for us and MUCH better on gas. Earnest didn’t rush us, he took his time and wasn’t pushy and for that, we recommend this dealerships staff and services!

The dealership is really nice and I brought my children with me thinking it would be a hassle but they were terrific. While Aaron helped my husband look around at different vehicles to see if something interested us, I walked around with my children and looked at the fish. They even had a really nice train station my son loved, all of the small details really made our family experience a lot easier. Once my husband found a car he really liked, I took a look at it and decided the best way to tell if it was the option for us was by testing it out with the whole family. On our test drive, the vehicle felt really smooth and best of all, it accommodated our family of four greatly. Aaron was fantastic, he offered us beverages, was very polite and even took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. At some dealerships, we felt rushed to purchase and the salesman didn’t really seem to want to attend to a family with children, it just felt really nice at 21 Century. It shows that their staff is there to service their customers to the highest extent. We purchased a new SUV and couldn’t be happier. Our family would recommend this dealership to other people not only because of the great customer service and attention, but also because they have such a wide variety of vehicles at fantastic prices. My 21 Century Auto Group reviewMy husband and I have been looking for a car for several weeks now and found our purchase at the 21st Century dealership. We stopped by Crown Cadillac on route 1 and found a vehicle we really liked at a price we thought was phenomenal. However, being the way my husband is, he encouraged me to look at other options before signing any contracts. That’s exactly what we did. One of the dealerships we looked into was the 21st Century Auto Group. We found a very similar Cadillac then the one we had initially wanted to purchase at Crown. There were a couple of differences between vehicles, the color, the price and the miles on the car at 21st Century were a tiny bit higher. The price the car was selling for at the 21st Century dealership was almost $2,432.00 less. The car was in great condition and as far as the color, the one at Crown was white and the one at 21st was a slight pearl. After really thinking about it, my husband and I agreed that the car we wanted was the one selling at 21st Century and that is the vehicle we ended up purchasing. We are very happy with our decision.
Not only did we make a great purchase but I also want to take a moment to compliment the staff. The service they offer is fantastic. The gentleman we dealt with, Jeff, was enthusiastic, understanding, professional and very well mannered. All of the expectations I would have for a man selling me such a pricey investment. I would recommend this dealership to others and would not hesitate to deal with these folks again!

My 21 Century Auto Group review21 Century Auto Group has been my family’s dealership of choice over the past years. I wrote a review for this dealership a while ago but am back here again because we made another recent purchase. We are a family of 5 and 3 of our cars have been purchased at 21 Century Auto.
Back in 2011, my brother purchased a BMW B7 Alpine and my mother, a Mercedes Benz CLS. My brother couldn’t be more content with his purchase, to this day, he has not had one problem with his car and seems as happy with it as he did the day he purchased.
My mother had initially purchased the CLS, she loved the car and she trusted my brother’s recommendation to this dealership. As satisfied as my mother was with the CLS, she always dreamed of having a convertible. She purchased the car Last year in the month of November and just like my brother, NEVER had a problem with the car except…that it wasn’t a convertible. Not that my opinion counted so much because it wasn’t a car for me, I thought the car was exquisite and the price she ended up signing for was UNBEATABLE!
This past week, after looking to see if this dealership had a convertible that caught my mother’s interest, we found a beautiful BMW convertible in a teal color with a black top. It was exactly what she wanted and we were all thrilled to see she had finally found a car she really truly liked! A car is an investment, if your not completely sure it’s what your heart and wallet want, then don’t make the purchase! The salesman don’t push the sale at all so take your time!
My mother stopped by the dealership and was helped by Andrey. Andrey has always been a fantastic salesman. Andrey and Dmitry Zeldin (the owner) helped work together with my mom to make her completely comfortable with her purchase. Sitting down, they discussed the benefits of this car in comparison to hers, by the end, my mom was sure the BMW was the car she wanted. She traded in the CLS and purchased the BMW. Andrey and Mr. Zeldin make my mother the happiest woman in New Jersey! As always, these gentlemen handled themselves very professionally and offered their assistance with any problems in order to accommodate my mother’s needs. I am very grateful that this dealership offers such great customer service, indeed it is a big part of purchasing. We picked up the car yesterday and a young man named Jeff took his time to show my mother everything in the car and helped her understand the cars different features. That helped A LOT, driving a new car for the first time without knowing anything can be nerve wrecking.
Not to make this longer then it already is, I also purchased my car with 21 Century Auto group, a Audi A4 2009 about two years ago and I love my baby.
In all honesty, this dealership really does live up to its fantastic reputation. We would not be doing business with them so frequently if we doubted their service and loyalty to their customers. We have gotten to know our salesman and feel very comfortable with their professional work ethic.
I will try and include the pictures of our cars just to show that this review is completely legit, my family and I WOULD RECOMMEND this dealership to ANYONE! Check out other dealerships and then stop by 21 Century Auto, you will understand why we choose to only deal with 21. FANTASTIC PLACE, TERRIFIC STAFF, FIVE STARS!

On the website, I found a car I really liked a Volkswagen Passat 08 with great mileage and described in great condition. Upon arriving at the dealership and seeing the car myself, I WAS NOT disappointed at all. I was set up an appointment by the secretary with a salesman to show me the vehicle in person. My 21 Century Auto Group reviewArrived at 21 Century and immediately was greeted and offered assistance by their staff. My sales representative was Mr. Thomas Patterson, he was of great help. Mr Patterson was very professional and throughout the entire process, expressed his concern towards finding me a vehicle I would feel completely comfortable with. I test drove several vehicles and found a BMW 5 series that I really liked. Although I would have preferred another color, my wife agreed that the car was everything we wanted and within our estimated price range. The attention Mr. Thomas paid to us was what I would expect any sales rep to offer his customers and one of the main reasons we felt comfortable purchasing with this dealership. I recommend this dealership to the public because of my positive experience but will also be recommending it to family and friends. Very satisfied!
