My 21 Century Auto Group reviewA friend had told me about this place. He had purchased a car there 2 years ago. At first, I was hesitant about buying a used car, thinking it ‘s gonna break done and cause me headaches and then no one will help me then. As I arrived at the dealership with my wife, I was amazed at the amount of cars they have. I looked around outside to get an idea of the shape and prices of their cars. I was shocked. I didn’t believe how mint the condition of the cars were and how reasonable the prices were. I then decided to go inside with my wife to look further. WOW what a showroom! Huge! there must have been about 30-40 cars inside or more!! Great condition and plenty to choose from. We already had our mind set on getting a mercedes c230. We figured its cheap and practical. The ladies at the desk greeted us with smiles and were very polite. They got us Tony, the salesman. He sat us down and asked us questions to see what we were looking for. By the time he finished, we was able to get us a better, upgraded car for just about the same budget we came in with. We ended up getting the mercedes glk 350. This made my wife really happy. While we were finishing up the paperwork, they were detailing the car. I was amazed when i saw it outside waiting for us. It looked like a brand new car. That made me happy. I will highly recommend this to anyone and everyone. Thank goodness i took my friends advice. I will be back again in the future.

My 21 Century Auto Group reviewI bought my car in November of 2010.This was the worst dealer I have ever been too. I bought the car only because of the quality and price. The salesperson couldn’t make any decisions on his own. He must have gone to the “back room” 10 times to negotiate price and anything else I had asked. Oh by the way the salesperson kept telling me that the truck was in the back being washed and detailed even before I said I was going to buy it! Once he got the ok from the “back room” they brought me back there to talk to their “finance manager”. After the paperwork was left on his desk and I started with signatures I noticed the “negotiated price” wasn’t there. It was the original. They tried to put one by. Then I called him out on it and he said the salesperson never told him about the revised price. Then the salesperson was brought into the office and they had an argument right in front of me! By the way did I tell you that i was here for already 6 hours. When it was all said and done I got my price but they did sell me on a warranty company that is out of business. They gave me the paperwork and everything for this warranty company and a year later when I needed some work done I call them to find out they are out of business and the BBB had shut them down because of fraud. So I called 21st century and of course they don’t take responsibility. So after being there for over 6 hours it was dark out so they pulled the car around. It was a dirty mess. They didn’t do anything. Maybe they ran a hose over it but that was about it. No detail and no wash. I just wanted to get the h**l out of there. So a month goes by and trying to get a hold of the person that handles getting the permanent registration and plates was impossible. It actually ran over the month time they were to send it to me. They told me that If I got pulled over 21st century would pay the ticket. Thanks guys! Do your job correctly and this doesn’t happen. But hey. If your willing to deal with all of the BS that goes into buying a car, they do have the best prices around and the nicest cars. I’ve heard a lot of bait and switch stories and they are 100% accurate. It’s because 21st century is owned by russians. they buy the cars in russia for nothing and sell them in the US market. I used to have a friend that did this years ago. Enter at your own risk.
So sorry you had to go with this experience with us. We do try to negotiate prices with our customers so that both parties are satisfied. Maybe that day the sales associate and finance manager were not on the same page and for that I do apologize. I do not understand however why you would even mention the fact that “It’s because 21 century is owned by Russians” what is that supposed to mean? Are we stereotyping? Well I’m sorry to say but that is not the case with our dealership. We buy our cars from an auction just like any other honest dealership does. We try to accommodate our customers as best as possible, and if there is something we can do please feel free to give us a call.
You apparently not as intelligent as you represent yourself, because any cars that are board from Russia or outside the USA have to pass emission test.

My 21 Century Auto Group reviewAs a woman in search of a new car, so many sales men tried to scam me by selling me things that were our of my price range or packages that I didnt need and I couldnt deal with it anymore. I asked a friend of mine to come along with me and help me look for a car (he was a man). I cant exaggerate that the difference when dealing with salesman the experience changes completely once you have a guy with you. We stopped at several dealerships on 22 and on rt18 and finally ended up at 21 Century auto. These guys were fantastic and really made me feel comfortable. I dealt with Anthony and he understood everything i was looking for and didnt try and sell me any unessesary things. I test drove several cars and the prices were def. out of this world! I couldnt resist purchasing here. The service, the cars…the price! I couldnt be happier and I am very comfortable saying I would recommend this group to others!

I looked for cars out around my area and in different parts of NY and everything was ridiculously more expensive then the cars that I saw on the internet for NJ. So, I decided to go with my instincts and my budget and looked at dealerships in NJ. Came across 21ST Century and saw the perfect car online. Set up an appointment and made the trip. Everything was in order and the staff was great. Everything worked out perfectly to the most minor detail and the price I got my Audi for was unbelievable. My 21 Century Auto Group reviewI bought a car from this dealer S500 4Matic. I originally went in there because i saw a couple of different cars on their website. When i went in to see those cars, I was told that those cars were not available because they were damaged and being shipped overseas. I decided to buy a S500 4Matic. I was made many promises that were not kept, like missing floor mats, scratches on the bumper that i had to go in 3 times to get fixed, missing shifter knob. Before i purchased the car, i asked them if the car had been in a accident they told me it was never in a accident. After i bought the car, i found out from my insurance guy, that the car was involved in a accident before. Very shady dealership!!!! Please do your research before purchasing anything from this place!

We had been looking for a car for several months now and had checked out different places in the NJ and NY area. Our search spread from going to dealerships to checking websites and looking online. One of the dealerships that popped up on my browser closest to the area in which we live (Westfield) was 21 Century. My wife and I checked out their webpage and were very happy to see several vehicles we liked and the prices were great. We called and set up an appointment with a rep and our expectations of the service were met if not exceeded. All of the sales reps we dealt with were polite, courteous and kept their promises. Our salesman, Anthony was of great assistance, together we found the perfect car and the price was fantastic. We shopped on Veterans day and while speaking with Anthony, I mentioned I was a US vet and he worked out even a better price then we expected to sign for. I just wanted to take a few minutes to let others know of our experience and how much we appreciate having the best customer attention. I was finally ready to purchase my dream car and traveled to several different dealerships in search of the perfect automobile. I felt the need to review some of these dealerships in hopes that my opinion may help others out. 21 Century Auto Group was 1/6 dealerships I went to and probably my favorite, eventually the business I ended up purchasing with. My sales representative Diego was fantastic and very professional. He understood exactly what I was looking for and didn’t try and sell me anything in a hurry. I found an Auidi 2.0 T Quattro that I really liked. It suit me and when I test drove it, I knew it was what I wanted to go with. Diego worked out a fantastic price and in the end, I bought it and couldn’t be happier. This dealership has a wide variety of luxury cars, great prices, low miles, beautifully taken care of and the dealership itself is very nice. The paperwork and the entire purchasing process worked out great and didn’t take too long. I am extremely satisfied with my car and wouldn’t hesitate to deal with these folks again.

My 21 Century Auto Group reviewThe worst experience I have ever had in a dealership. After two days with the car, the AC went bad, found 3 oil leaks, rear TV was not working, and also the middle console was scratched up. 6 trips to the dealership after I bought the car, all they fixed was the AC. I had to spend $150 of my own money to get the TV fixed from Mercedes and which 21 century said they do not pay for. On my 6th trip, I was actually kicked out of the dealership because i suggested them letting Mercedes- Benz fix the car and they would get paid for. The OWNER was so rude that when I said I would get my lawyer, all he said was, ” we will see who has more money”. I recommend everyone pass this dealership without looking! Beware!
Our Customer Service Department has tried to reach out to you on many occasions to resolve these issues you are having. You have stated that the owner of the dealership was very rude BUT the way you was treating everyone at the dealership prior to your “6 visits” was unacceptable and uncalled for. We respect everyone and would like the same in return. You can honestly admit, on that day, both sides may have gotten out of hand (meaning even you!). We look forward to helping you out. Arthur was a fantastic salesman and helped handle all of the paperwork with my even as I traveled back to FL, that was so helpful and really shows their comittment to customer service. I am very satisfied with my new car and the very reasonable price I purchased it for. Now having a vehicle of my own to commute in while in NY is so much easier and so much less of a pain. My 21 Century Auto Group reviewOK so I am the type of person that wants to give someone a chance before I judge them, even though I had read all the “Bait and switch” reviews here about these guys. So I found 3 ML350s in low $20k listed at this dealership. I called up at 6pm, checked all the stock numbers & all 3 were still there. I got up the next morning & traveled the 1hour 30min to the dealership arriving at 11am. Once inside we were told all 3 were sold between this time. LOL YEAH RIGHT !! (in the words of my wife to the manager “Thats BULLSHYT” ) So he then tries for the next hour to sell us one of the ML350′s he really had in stock. ALL were listed $10k higher and most were beaten up or had noticeable paint differences on body panels. My wife decided to politely inform the Manager of his disgusting business & marketing ethics, to be told that this doesn’t matter he is going to make it right by lowering the price on what he has. We walked out cut our losses and moved on, just be prepared for the same if you go here. Good luck !! PS ALL 3 CARS ARE STILL LISTED ON AUTOTRADER

On most occasions even my website will not reflect what has sold. Updates are done when the deal is complete, any paperwork trail will result in an incomplete deal thus resulting in an inaccurate inventory.
