Scotty was the easiest, most fun and relaxed car buying experience I have ever had. From the time that I arrived until we left an hour later, I have never been more appreciative and fulfilled. Scotty was respectful, courteous, helpful, clean and well-groomed, industrious, loyal as a sales advocate and totally honest. There was no pressure from him to buy at all, however, because of the end of the CARS program approaching and without having any accurate idea of how much money was still available, we were compelled to purchase the same day that we began to shop. He also pointed out the limited availability of inventory, but reassurred us that we could get just about whatever we wanted within a day, if not by the time we were finished signing the paper work.
We were able to come to an agreement that left everyone happy, except maybe the sales manager, who appeared only to be happy after our credit report came back excellent and determined that we could pay cash for the vehicle if we so desired. We chose to finance, because they were able to get us an interest of 2.9% and we were making more than that by leaving our money in an interest bearing account.
Ultimately, we were treated better here than we have ever been treated at any other dealership and we recommend you go see Scotty at Dick Hannah Subaru as the first and LAST place you go. If you are the kind of person who must visit several dealerships before you make a decison, than make Scotty your last stop. You will not be disappointed! Both my dad and my wife have also bought cars from Scotty now and we are all in agreement!
