Awesome Car Buying Experience!! I live in Stafford, Va and I called around in Stafford because I only had $1000 to put down and a small acura integra not big enough for 3 car seats in the back and no heat. The dealerships I called on 610 did not want my business, one guy said $1000 would not be acceptable with their processing fee charge…I felt frustrated. Went on craigslist, called Liberty, spoke to Brant–he was AWESOME from the 1st call! He directed me there, met me outside, helped me pick out a bigger car than what I had, a lot less miles, with $1000 down and LOW monthly payments. And the best thing, theres no credit check! It was easy financing, my sales person was awesome and I love my Honda accord! I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

After we purchased our Subaru, we discovered oil leaks on the engine. Frank said to bring it in and he would have it fixed. He gave us a loaner car (free) to drive while they gave our Subaru a THOROUGH going over. They removed the engine and disassembled it. They replaced both front and rear seals, replaced the oil pan gasket. They replaced the rack & pinion seals. When they got done it is like a new engine, shiny and dry as a bone. We still had at 30 day 50/50 warranty where I should have paid half but they did all of it for FREE! They were WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND what I expected. They delivered on every promise they made, and did the repairs right the first time… no repeats. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Frank and Mr. Edwin Paz for their outstanding, friendly, sales and service to anyone looking for a good used car at an affordable price.

I love my Saturn! I was able to get a good car that I could afford, at a great price, that has been absolutely reliable and fun to drive!
Without going into too much detail regarding my personal financial situation with my credit. I found the whole purchasing experience very stress free, and, I very much appreciated (Salesman Omar ) showing me how the stick shift transmission worked on the Saturn, and giving me the confidence to know that I can still drive a manual transmission car, which is exactly what I wanted, because of the current gas prices.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Had the car two days engine blew up. Got it back after 2 weeks. Drove it one day the transmission went out. No windows go up or down. To fix the car right cost more that what I bought it for. Carfax says the miles are not accurate. So can’t trade that piece of crap in. Have proof of everything.

He ripped us off too. Never in my life have I delt with liars and theives in my life. Frank is the biggest liar of them all. My car has NEVER ran right. They claim they fixed it. But go to find out. Everything they said they fixed was done with is non working parts. So we are stuck with a car that doesn’t run. Can’t trade it in cause the carfax says the miles were not accurate. Can you say rollback?

Ms.Cutter ( Gibson) purchase a vehicle from us,we did service it on (3) separate occasion. We provided Ms. Cutter a loaner vehicle so she could go visit her relatives out of state. The transmission had no issue other then a sensor unit that was replaced, at no charge to the customer in fact the (3) times it was on our shop, was fixed the problem at ” no charge ” to Ms Cutter..!!!
The car has a regular title and like most cars at one time during it history it was involved in minor accident. There is no frame damage. The CARFAX is clean, there was one entry that was incorrect on the mileage but its been corrected by CARFAX. The mileage we sold and indicated at time of sale is correct..!!!
There is no evidence we sold a defective car to Ms Cutter and we spoke to her and review the car history, we showed her and explained sometimes there is a error in the odometer reporting by a incorrect reprint, we stand by miles we sold this car at to Ms Cutter. There is no false pretenses involved in this instant case.
To conclude we serviced the car each time Ms Cutter had a issue WE DID NOT CHARGE HER NOTHING. THE CUSTOMER TRADED IN A CAR TO US AND INDICATED THE CAR WAS WITH A CLEAN TITLE. HOWEVER SHE OWED MONEY TO HER CREDIT UNION AND IT TOOK HER 3 MONTHS TO GIVE US A TITLE. WE COULD NOT RESALE HER TRADE IN.. UNTIL TODAY MS CUTTER STILL HAVE A BALANCE WITH US..

Funny I talked to the person that bought the car. It was a few days after it was traded in. And yes I did owe to credit union. And I have the paper work showing you knew that. You think people are stupid and believe what you write. And you did charge me. I have the paperwork for. That too. Only reason I never had to pay was bbb got involved. So keep thinking people care about what you say. Cause th dealer board knows all about you. Complaints have been filed and waiting for a response.

The person herein Ms. Cutter Gibson who has made several negative comments on this post had her car repoed for non payment; we have proof she made a false appliaction to purchase a car and claimed the jeep she traded was lien free; we paid her for her trade in a nd she never gave us the clear title becuase ahe committed fraud by stateing the trade was lien free. It then took her 4 months to pay off the federal loan so we could ubtain a clear title, She has posted numerous false allegation that she can not prove on this post, it is my intentions to bring the truth forward to the rreaders of this post Ms. Cutter Gibson is a cold dead liar. I purchased a Volkswagen Passat from Liberty Autos and the car was in great running condition. I kept that car for 2 years and put over 100,000 miles on it. It never gave me any mechanical problems. I’m not sure if the previous statements are correct but Ben is very kind and honest. My name is Rakina and am no way affiliated with liberty. I am speaking on my experience with them. Ben is no longer working there now and I plan on buying a car this Saturday with them. I will write about that experience.

I went to this dealership 12/05/09 to purchase a 2003/honda/accord silver/ex. This car was priced at 10900.00 online. I was able to negotiate the price to 10300 but no lower. I was told to put a down payment on the vehicle and the vehicle was taken down off their website as sold. I did this during the week on a Thursday. I advised Frank I would be arriving on a Saturday to pick the vehicle up if all is well.
First sign of danger, the vehicle was getting a “look over” when we got there.:confused:. The dealership had days to do this why now??? So I had my Fionce with me and when it came time to test drive the car he did and the TRANSMISSION SLIPPED:eek: We were in Fredericksburg in the snow stuck. The car was in drive ….all the drives and nothing. Thank goodness we made it back but when we did I got Frank who didnt go outside but got the mechanic while he watched from the window. My fieonce asked the mechanic was the car in drive the mechanic agreed and said yes…he then pressed the gas to show the car not going anywhere. The mechanic traded places and got in the car and tried……nothing….lol
Frank says “oh that must be that peice” and said “oh well I guess we’ll sell it to that guy for $10900.00” (the nerve of him) The car was sitting in the same spot when we drove up when we left and couldnt move…and hes braging about how he is going to sell that to someone for 10900.00..smh..(I got my downpayment back first before leaving)

The customer who wrote a review of her dealings with our company totaly misrepesented the facts. She called and was coming from Maryland to view this vechicle I instructed her that there were some mechanical issues, and that we had it scheduled to go in our auto service department for these issues in 3 days; she insisted in coming to look at the car and if she liked the way it looked and we did the necessary mechanical repairs she would purchase the 2003 Honda she arrived and wanted to test drive the vechicle despite the needed repairs she was aware of the needed repairs but still insisted in driving; after her drive we explained that er aere aware of the repairs and agreed to fix same within 3 business days she said she did not want the car and left; one week later after the needed repairs we sold the vechicle with a warranty and the buyer never had a service complaint if this customer would have waited the 3 day period to have the vechicle serviced she would now be the happy owner of a real nice 2003 Honda ;her inpatience was her downfall we acted in a proper and legal way.
This company took $3500.00 from me for a purchase of a nissan xterra in may,2009.part payment. l have not heard from anybody in the company again, especially Ben.This people are not businessmen but thieves, beware.
We received no request from this person to purchase a vechicle from us; he evidently dealt with someone whom was not a authorised sales rep for Liberty Auto Sales he has no paper work from our comapany steing we sold him or received any monies from him; this complaint is totaly bogus. We bid on a truck on Ebay.Ben,salesman,described it as being 100% working & guaranteed it could pass a State Food inspection.We asked for the truck be serviced/detailed.Ben also said that the food dispensing parts were 100% working includ.the refrigeration.They were to ship but after 2 wks we decided to fly up & pick the truck up.. We were left out in the heat at airport for 2.5 hrs.We arrived& were shocked to see the truck w/ bald tires & covered with mud.The cab was filthy, smokey, yellow and dirty.Ben repeatedly stated “yes everything was done” BOLDLY lieing.They had NOT tuned the truck. the truck had 1 headlight out,no wiper blades,2 dead batteries & wouldn’t start.No electrical to the food service box,no refrigeration,wires hanging,missing parts.They did nothing promised.The food area was covered with cobwebs,grease,leaves,& dead bugs.There was also a nest in the air cleaner box with bedding & acorns. We booked into a hotel &told that they would fix it all They did the oil,put in plugs,wires,wipers,& used tires(one of which leaks),& signed a paper stating they would pay for additional repairs up to $1,000.00. We were able to get some parts after much bickering totalling $350.00, but now the owner Edwin Pax said that the truck sold for less than he wanted & that he wasn’t going to honor his signed agreement & complete the repairs which still equal $650.00. We cannot open our business.Sadly,2 weeks later & with a total lack of communication & additional $650 in repair parts pending we are filing this report get help.We have called repeatedly & emailed as well to resolve this issue.There has been little or no communication from them;only that Edwin is NOT going to honor a signed, binding letter stating he will pay for required repairs & parts.They misrepresented everything.From it being cleaned to 100% operational. Now they will not fix things that they signed & agreed to and I have documentation of.
The customer replied to a E-Bay add for a old used food truck; we informed the customer that we were selling the old truck as is in the condition that it was in and our add on E-Bay also stated as in condition; the purchaser later after seeing the food truck wanted us to do certain things that we could not perform undet the as is agrred condition; as a good will gesture we did provide new plugs, wipers and got the truck running all at our expense; the buyer was fully aware and a complete reveiw of the original ad in e-Bay states as is. The customer is not being trufull and is compalaing about issues that are not covered that are cosmetic issues we went beyond our duty to assist this customer. Frank Kalita, Sales Mgr.
