I recently purchased a late model used car from Nissan Of Newport News (NONN )and discovered shortly after getting the car home that it was in need of some costly repairs. Their the sales staff failed to inform me any issues with the vehicle. *When I ask the salesman if there were any problems with the car he said there were none. *Their*trained automotivetechnicians had the vehicle almost a month, inspected, serviced and prepared thevehicle for resale and presumably fail to find these problems.* **The management staff made the decision that they would not make any of the repairs.***I received a key and a remote for thecar.* I asked your salesmanager, for the other set of key and remote.** He said the other set was at thedealership and that he would search for them.* He never did produce that second set of key and remote.** I asked for maintenance recordsfor the vehicle and thought as a minimum they could provide the results from theservice and inspection done at NONN dealership.* I got absolutely nothing from their staff but the responsethat there were no records.**They advertise*“Trust us to treat you right”. *I found this to be far from the truth.*
