Jeff is about the most honest car salesman I have ever met.
He will work hard for you and go out of his way to make sure you are happy.
I recommend him to all my friends and neighbors.

I bought an '03 Mazda Protege from UFA after an exhaustive seacrh on the internet for a decent used car with low mileage. I went to UFA to look at a car they had listed that appealed to me. I took the car for a short ride and did not like it. The salesman, Jeff, who incidently was THE most gracious, inteligent and kind salesman Ive ever met, did direct me to other vehicles on the lot, however, he did not pressure me into anything. I finnally selected another car on the lot, took it for a test drive and bought it (the Mazda).
What I liked about UFA was the easy feeling I had in the car purchasing sceenario. I cant say Jeff and Walt were laid back, they indeed, were like any other business that has to make sales for a living. However, they both are very honest and tryed hard to please any situation. Beleive me, I know about customer satisfaction, I have a small PC service business and truelly understand a customers feelings when purchasing either a service or a product.
I would rate their approach much better than other cars salesmanship, for instance, they rate much better than Drive Time or Car Max in my opinion. Those dealers seem to have sales people who seem unitelligent. Sorry, but thats my opinion. Jeff and Walt, on the other hand, were quite fun and enjoyable in thier coversations, which incidently included other areas of interest other then just trying to sell me a car. I like intelligence, so I bought from Jeff and walt.
I am very satisfied, at this point, with my purchase. its a great car ! Ill buy from them again and tell others about them. Im so satisfied anyone can email me at djgotee88@yahoo.com and Ill talk with them in person about any the experience I had at UFA, which, by the way, will be most positive. Heres my email : djgoee88@yahoo.com. DO NOT even try to spam me in my email. Im an internet and IT tech expert and will find you and take care of your rude intentions if you do that to me, so DONT TRY, email me for positive info about UFA ONLY !Thanks, steve y.

By the way, I left out any info concerning financing. UFA does offer financing, however, I did not go that route. Thats why the score was not 5. It should have been 5 though....

Car dealer check note on purchase good
Fake Note Removed due to customer email:I have recieved emails from you telling me my review was a fake. I went to the dealer today and I purchased a vehicle from them. When I got to the dealer I informed them that there was a bad review on the web and I was concerned so I showed them the review. They inturn explained to me some of the details to make me feel more comfortable on purchasing from them. So when the purchase of my vehicle was finished and the transaction went very good I told them that I would give them a good review so while the finishing touches were being done I logged on one of there computers and left the review and left. I have spoke to jeff about this and we think I forgot to log off and he left his reply to the bad review while I was still logged in. I am sorry for the inconvience that this has caused. I still stand by my review of this dealer. Thank you
I was looking to outright buy a 2006 Dodge Durango from United Financial Automotive. I live in Alabama and I saw their add in Leesburg, Florida on cars.com. So I called and spoke with Jeff who is a salesman at the dealership. Jeff was very nice in dealing with all my questions and letting my father stop in to test drive the vehicle. I really enjoyed everything about the vehicle so I told Jeff that I was going to purchase it from them outright. The next day they had a cashiers check in hand and a customer(me) waiting for a car delivery. So as soon as the cashiers check cleared which was the next day, I sent a transport company to pick up the vehicle. The transport company picked it up and the car was in my driveway the next day.
So here comes the bad part. Well there wasn't any documents in the car when I opened it up(the vehicle), which I was told that the bill of sale was going to be inside. I expected for the car's title to be sent to me in a day or two, but almost 2 weeks later and about 30 calls later, I have still yet to receive a title. The dealership keeps telling me that they don't know what the hold up on there end is and that it could be any day before they receive the title and they will send it to me. I have tried to call the dealership anonymously, and have asked to speak to a manager or an owner but the only person they ever send me to is Jeff the carsalesman.
I have a huge trip to the Florida Keys with my family coming up, and a major reason for purchasing the vehicle was to take everybody there in one vehicle. This is not going to be happening because before I can get a license plate and registration for the vehicle, I need the title, per the Alabama Court House. So this means, I have a $16,000 yard ornament sitting in my driveway and for all I know, I was just sold a stolen car without a title.
I have contacted my lawyer and I will be contacting the Leesburg Police Department, and I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
This situation should never happen, if the dealership doesn't have the title or the capability to get the title in a matter of a couple of days, then they should not be selling vehicles.
