I took my car for a regular 30,000 mile service and what I got at the end of the day was a huge dent on the driver side door and the window of that side was also badly scratched. When I told the guy about it he blankly said it was there before.
I even talked to the manager who was very unprofessional and ill mannered he told me to go to a lawyer and they are not responsible for the misdemeanor.
