We were on the lot for 25 mins and nobody greeted us. We had to find a salesperson at his desk reading a magazine. We test drove a 330 and then a 530I both nice cars so we got home and E-mailed the sale perso, We never heard back from him or he never called us at home or cell . Maybe he's busy selling cars or maybe he is reading his new subscription to Car and Driver
What started as a internet vehicle search ended up being the best vehicle purchase experiance that we have had.My wife and I drove about 3.5 hours to this dealership and it was well worth the drive.My sales lady and her co-workers did everything possible to get me what I wanted for my trade and to put me in a new 5 series bmw.I would recomend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new bmw.
Bought a new 528xi from them for my wife. Basically was servicing my 03 x5 there for some time and liked the treatment and follow up so decided to purchase from them.
Sales staff is professional and everyone says hello even if you are waiting for your car in service. Maybe I am picky but to me it matters when people care.
It was a quick and painless transaction, my salesman handled everything without any games or uncertainties. We scheduled everything when it was convenient for me and enjoyed the process.
I liked the carwash there, it's quick and they will bring the keys to you while you watch the flatscreen in the lounge. Plus it is free.
I would definitely recommend checking this place out. My sales person was Beck, I think he works on the internet.
I recently moved here from Las Vegas, Nevada. I found a dealer in Westmont, Illinois... It was only about a half hour drive from Chicago and depending on the time of day you travel.... it's a pleasant ride. I was so welcomed at this dealership. The salesman and a Manager assisted me on selecting my next Lease... I bought a 528 model. The sales staff was so accommodating, they made sure that I was completely understanding of the Lease program they offered me... they referred to themselves as a FULL DISCLOSURE dealership... I didn't understand at first, but once they disclosed everything in black and white... I knew I was in the RIGHT place. Usually dealers present me with a payment and send in a "closer"... NO such event happened in Westmont. Laurel offered everything upfront and then asked me to think about it... NO CLOSER, NO B.S. and I got the best deal without the hassels. I will NEVER go to another DEALER in the Chicagoland area AGAIN!! Laurel is first class!
I bought a 2008 335xi sedan. I talked to Lilly, Beck and Mike in the Internet Dept. They were all helpful and friendly. They always got back to me when i emailed them and gave us good pricing. Thank you Laurel BMW!
