Needed a trip permit after difficulty getting a volvo through DEQ.
Showed up in person twice thinking it would be the better way to get a hold of people, it wasn't. Seems there is no one to be found during business hours at times.
Further more after talking to someone in person finally I was told to come back tomorrow (the day the current trip permit expired) to gett he new one.
No one was there once again, and after calling, and being told I would receive a callback in 5 mins, I was neither contacted again, nor were any of my subsequent calls/voicemail message returned.
