Great deal, friendly staff, alot of vehicles, and their 100% approval credit program helped me get a vehicle after 5 turndowns and bad treatment at other dealerships...
What a bunch of jerks. Car was $2000 more than advertised and then they add on fees for crap to be done to the car that should be free if you're gonna buy it. Wanted to leave to think it over...well I had to break the shackles first. Oh and test driving....no such thing....WTF??? He said I could drive around the parking lot??? Yeah that gives you a good feel for the vehicle...NOT! And no car fax available unless you're interested??? They shoud have a carfax and make multiple copies if someone asks for it. I know it doesn't tell the entire story but only provide it if interested?? These guys are plain and simple jerks. Anyone doing business with them should be put in a looney hospital and these guys should be put out of business for their dishonest sales practices!

Bought vehicle after repairs where made requiring the left front wheel to be removed. Two days later the left front wheel fell off. Called dealership and they told me "someone must have tried to steal the wheel and loosened the lug nuts" Do not even slow down going by these thieves.

I was a little upset at first about the disclaimer (all prices reflect $3000 cash/trade, etc) however they were easy to negotiate with and I ended up paying a fair price. The inventory was excellent as there were several hundred vehicles to choose from. I was in and out in under an hour and a half. My only complaint was the size of the showroom, it was very cramped.
I spoke to two deifferent salepersons, both trying to sell me the same exact vehicle. It seemed as though each were trying to out-do one another in order to get whatever commission would have come from my purchase. After having my credit checked/ran twice in one week, several arguements with each salesperson as well as their manager, I walked out and promised to never go back. Good thing I chose not to but from them because I ended up speaking to an ex mechanic of theirs who happens to be the father of a boy who goes to camp with my son. I find out about the numerous way this dealership gets its vehicles ready for the sales lot and the MANY improprieties perpetrated by their shop at the behest of its managers to have their vehicles pass inspection. I tried to give the sales persons a chance.....but it is true.......used car sales persons are truly scumbags.
These slimeballs are the worst auto dealership I have ever seen,
and I have seen quite a few. It seems no prices are firm at this dealership. The salesman insisted that they only have approximate prices for the cars, because the banks they use to finance the transactions set the actual car prices, depending on the prospective customer's credit score and credit history. All advertised prices are $3,000 less than the actual price. If a car is advertised at $8,000, the actual price is $11,000, but it may be as much as $14,000 depending on what the bank wants to do. The statement below is a quote from the fine print at the very end of each listing:
"No reasonable offer will be refused! Never undersold, top trade allowances, 100% guaranteed financing. Owe too much on your trade, saving for a down payment, or recently declined credit? No problem! Online pricing will auto-reflect a flexible 3k cash/trade solution applicable to ad price, proving helpful in all 3 situations."
There is only one thing to say. Have nothing whatsoever to do with these slimeballs. There are plenty of honest dealerships in New Hampshire. Empire Automotive Group is not among them.
