My Certified Auto Center reviewI am happy i got a car from this dealer. The car was almost new and under factory warranty. The salesman was the best his name is norm. Outher car dealers should take a lesson from norm. It is the best time i ever had when buying a car.Ii recmond you go to certified and ask for norm the salesman and get a good car and a good deal.:D.

My Certified Auto Center reviewOn July 6th 2010 Jonathan Knoerdel of Tulsa Certified Used Cars also known as Certified Auto Center purchased one very powerful Ozone Blaster machine to remove the odors from his used cars. The cost was $599.00 He returned the machine to the factory without any complaints or first calling my company to get the required return authorization number for a valid return. After the factory contacted me to tell me that Knoerdel had returned the unit without reason. I called Jonathan Knoerdel of Tulsa Certified Used Cars to request that he reimburse my company for just the real cost of shipping and expenses that totaled only $40.00. The terms for returns are clearly shown on the front page of our website at http://www.aircleaners.com When I called and asked him for the $40.00 to cover my expenses he laughed at me and then told me to F off. He then hung up on me. This guy simply used the equipment and then returned it well after the 30 day return policy stated clearly in the website. The factory said that the ozone blaster had no defects in it to need repair, replacement or return for refund. I feel that Jonathan Knoerdel of Tulsa Certified Used Cars Is Not Honest and I would like to be reimbursed for my lose! PS. He laughed at me after I told him that I would take this matter to the Better Business Bureau in Tulsa OK.

My Certified Auto Center reviewI saw there commercial with some real nice cars and so me and my wife went down to check it out. That girl that does those commercials really works there. Our kids thought that was real neat. We got a real low payment on the car that we wanted. I sent my wifes cousin up there. Shes gonna get a car from them too.
