My Oregon Car Connection reviewGOING HERE WAS MY MISTAKE,AND THIS WAS DEFINITELY A LEARNING EXPERIENCE FOR ME. THE MEN (IF YOU CAN CALL THEM THAT) THAT WORK AT OCC ARE NOTHING MORE THAN ABUSIVE CONTROL FREAKS. I NEVER WOULD HAVE BELIEVED THAT SOMEONE WHO WAS A BUSINESS OWNER AND WHO IS CONSIDERED A RESPECTED PART OF OUR SOCIETY/COMMUNITY, COULD, WOULD, OR WOULD WANT TO BE SUCH A PIECES OF SH!T!! THESE GUYS SHOULD BE NO MORE RESPECTED THAN THE MEN SITTING IN JAIL FOR BEATING WOMEN! PRETTY SURE THAT MORE THAN ONE OF THEM ARE NO STRANGER TO A DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CHARGE OR TWO…AMONG OTHER ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. HOW CAN THEY BE IN BUSINESS WITH WHAT I HAVE READ THEY HAVE DONE TO PEOPLE AND WHAT I EXPERIENCED THEM DO TO ME. NOT ONE “MAN” WORKING THERE WHO WAS WITNESSING THEM CALL ME AND MY 66 YR OLD MOTHER F*CKING B!TCHES WHILE HIS NOSE WAS INCHES AWAY FROM MINE, POINTING IN MY FACE AND SCREAMING OBSCENITIES BECAUSE THEY SCREWED UP AND WOUND UP HAVING TO CARRY MY CONTRACT IN HOUSE. IS THIS MY FAULT?
THEN WHEN MY PAYMENT WAS 2 DAYS LATE AND THEY ATTEMPTED TO REPOSSESS MY VEHICLE…(UNSUCCESSFULLY I MIGHT ADD,) IN THE MORNING HOURS OF THE FOLLOWING DAY I HAD MADE THE PAYMENT. IN CASE YOU MISUNDERSTOOD, I MADE THE PAYMENT 2 DAYS LATE, THEY TRIED TO REPO MY CAR AFTER ACCEPTING AND GIVING ME A RECEIPT FOR MY PAYMENT AND THEN THE SAME NIGHT/FOLLOWING MORN. (WAS LIKE 1 AM) I CALLED THE POLICE AND THEY TOLD TOW TRUCK GUYS HE DIDN’T KNOW WHAT KIND OF SCAM THE CAR LOT WAS TRYING TO PULL WITH THE GENERIC PAPERWORK AND LACK OF INFORMATION FOR THE REPOSSESSION AND BECAUSE I HAD A RECEIPT THAT THEY HAD TO TO LEAVE MY CAR!

SO WHEN I TRIED TO FIND OUT WHY THE NEXT DAY BY GOING DOWN THERE TO TALK TO THEM, THE SUPPOSED “OWNER” BLEW UP AS SOON AS I TOLD HIM I STILL HAD MY CAR. THAT’S WHEN HE TOLD ME HE WAS TAKING IT BACK, I COULD COUNT ON THAT AND PROCEEDED FOLLOWING MY MOTHER AND I OUT THE DOOR, THROUGH THE LOT, CALLING THE GRANDMOTHER OF MY KIDS AND MY MOTHER A F*CKING B!TCH AND WHEN I DEFENDED HER, HE GOT SO CLOSE TO MY FACE I THOUGHT HE MIGHT KISS ME!! LOL, NOT REALLY, HE DID SCARE ME THOUGH. NO WOMAN SHOULD EVER HAVE SOME MAN , ESPECIALLY ONE WHO IS NOT MUCH MORE THAN A STRANGER TALK THIS WAY TO HER…HOW IS THIS GUY IN BUSINESS? SO MANY REVIEWS OF SIMILAR INCIDENCES AND THEY ARE STILL UP AND RUNNING? BY THE WAY, THE DAY I TOOK MY CAR HOME FROM THE LOT, THE NEXT DAY IT STARTED OVER HEATING, CHECKED THE WATER, DRY. WHY? BECAUSE THE WATERPUMP LEAKS, CHECKED THE OIL, DRY. WHY? WELL YOU SEE WHERE THIS IS GOING, RIGHT?
BRAKE AND CHECK ENGINE LIGHT 2 DAYS LATER, ONE TAIL/BRAKE/TURN SIGNAL LIGHT WONT WORK AFTER NEW BULB, FUSE AND FLASHER, ONE HEADLIGHT DOESNT WORK…I COULD GO ON AND ON. I HAVE ONLY HAD IT 2 MONTHS. THEY SAID ITS NOT THEIR PROBLEM, I BOUGHT IT AS IS. TRUE, BUT AS IS WOULD BE NOT MASKING THE PROBLEMS TO TRICK PEOPLE THAT CAN BARELY AFFORD A CAR PAYMENT TO BEGIN WITH INTO SPENDING THEIR MONEY ON A CAR THAT IS NOT GOING TO RUN LONG.
DO THEY CARE THAT A SINGLE MOTHER MAY HAVE HER KIDS AND BE GOD KNOWS WHERE WHEN THE CAR DECIDES TO DIE. AS LONG AS THEY GET PAID THEY DONT CARE.
THESE MEN SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS, OUT OF THEIR HOMES AND BE LEFT IN THE STREETS TO BE SPIT ON! AND THAT IS MORE THAN THEY DESERVE AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED.
IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT GOING TO OREGON CAR CONNECTION, YOU SHOULD REALLY GO THROUGH SOME OF THE BAD REVIEWS, SEE THE PATTERN, THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE SHORT AND SWEET BECAUSE THEY ARE FAKE. THESE GUYS ARE NOTHING MORE THAN NO GOOD CRIMINALS.

My Oregon Car Connection reviewI had just left another dealership and was driving home when the wife says stop there. So we pull up to Oregon Car Connection and meet VG. He is from Panama and is very nice. We bought a nice SUV from him and had no troubles. Heck his boss was nice too. We even bought a warranty. No issues. Nice Guy.

My Oregon Car Connection reviewBought a vehicle and huge mechanical issues….they want you to work with them but they are huge bullies threatening you if you complain. Saying they will sick their attorney on you. I am shocked after all the complaints with attorney general 30+ and BBB they are not shut down.
Anyone have advice we are pursuing complaint process but willing to hear others avenues to resolve.

My Oregon Car Connection reviewInitially I was thinking about buying a car from this company, but after reading through all of the 5 star “fake reviews” and then reading through all of the 1 star truthful reviews, I will not be purchasing from here today or any day.
I advise folks to not even waste your time shopping for a car here, and frankly I’m surprised it hasn’t been shut down for unlawful practices. They’ve already been in trouble with the Attorney General and had to pay fines and restitution to swindled customers. The manager buys his vehicles at an auction, but doesn’t appear to have them inspected or repaired for mechanical defects prior to selling them to unsuspecting customers.
If you still want to buy from here, you’ve been warned.

My Oregon Car Connection reviewI went to this dealership to purchase a reliable car. The sales person was very nice. However the car broke down 4 days after I purchased it. When I called the dealership I spoke with several different people who were very rude.I was left with out a car for 2 days. They did come and tow the car and said they “fixed” the problem. They did not fix the problem because now not more than 2 weeks later it is doing the same thing. Not to mention it did not pass DEQ. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from these people. They are scam artists!

My Oregon Car Connection reviewI am a re-searcher meaning i look into everything before i go out and do anything i love doing that it helps me make the right choice. Well the trany on my work truck when out, and i needed one fast so i re-search a lot of dealerships and all the reviews were bad or fake. Then i found Oregon Car connection there stuff looked real and i like that feeling. i made the trip from Salem to SE Portland when i got there i was greeted by Luis a young man who looked way to young to be doing this for a living but he told me how his dad loves car and that is where his love for cars comes from. nice kid overall, he helped me get a new truck for work that is better then my last one and now i’m back to work thanks to him. Luis and OCC thank you guys for all the help and keep up the good and hard work. And to Luis boss he is by far the best sales man i have met so far in my 37 years of life and is do to his love of cars. if you guys want fast business and good deals come see this guys they are good.

My Oregon Car Connection reviewPut them through the paces and they were willing to jump my hoop. Looked at several vehicles and took my test test drive at my direction with extended highway and parking lot manuevers. Tony was excellent about answering all my questions and allowing me to do it my way.
They accepted my offer of $1000 less than what they originally asked for in selling price.
The entire process after my deciding on a vehicle took less than two hours.
They are the best dealer that I have ventured into over the last year after helping my three sons purchase vehicles mostly on Mcloughlin blvd.

My Oregon Car Connection reviewI dont have a lot of money and I dont have the best of credit(divorce). My old car broke down after 8yrs. It lasted longer than my marriage did. I was told for my situation that the best car that I could get was probably on 82nd avenue. After going from lot to lot looking for a car, I went to Oregon Car Connection. Their cars looked too nice is the first impression I got. This place has really nice cars. I met Johnny and he said listen I will work with you. He did and I left in my new to me car. It was a nicer Honda then what I expected to leave with. Thanks again
I agree. Very disappointed and will be filing complaints with Oregon State. They are very dishonest with car sales and should be shut down. Staff tells you to lie to the bank if they call you. Thank goodness I have all the needed documentation. Anyone else complained to Oregon State?
