I traded in my truck which I still owed money on. The deal went fine until the previous lien holder, GMAC, took the payment for the vehicle I had traded in from my checking account. Once I contacted them they claimed to never have been contacted by anyone about trading in the vehicle. Now 3 weeks after the purchase I am still trying to get my last payment back and Belknap Hyundai has done nothing to help me. When I called and explained the situation my salesman said "I don't know what to tell you." Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Also, the vehicle was not as clean as it should have been on the day of delivery, only a half tank of gas and the vehicle failed inspection.

I have a few friends in the market right now and I would never think to direct them to Belknap Hyundai/Subaru. Ever.
